Ares smiled at the girls. "Go ahead, I'll be fine." To Ever, he whispered back. "That'd be wonderful. It's important I find her." His smile soften in gratefulness. "Thanks Ever."

"I thought Aurora meant you were going to class right now." Ares laughed at his folly. "I'm coming with you guys to the library right now, don't worry." He ran a tiny bit ahead and started walking backwards up the stairs. How he did it, the world would never know. "So, what do you guys think of Professor McCloud? He seems nice enough."

Ever chuckled and shook her head. "Nope. Our Familiars class is next period. You should come with us. I'm sure Professor Markums would let you sit in. It's an amazing class! Really interesting!"

When Ares started walking backward up the stairs and didn't trip, she arched an eyebrow at him and smirked. So he had some tricks on how to get up the stairs? Well so did she.

She giggled softly and then nodded her head to him, almost as if she was accepting some kind of unspoken challenge. She lept up onto the railing to the stairs in a crouching position, slowly stood up, got her balance, and then proceeded to do back bends up the railing. When she reached the top of the railing to the second floor, she looked across the gap to the other side where the third floor was. The stairs went up in a square formation, so she could leap across to the next set of stairs, much like she had the first day of school three weeks ago.

She lined her arms up to the banister across the gap and then lept forward. Her hands gripped the bottom edge of the banister to the third floor and then pulled herself up until she was gripping the top of the banister. Then she flipped herself over it and landed on the floor.

Ares' mouth dropped as he gaped at Ever's tricks. "Woah," He conceded as he started clapping. "I am truly bested." Grinning, he referred to her earlier offer, although still in awe. "I guess, as long as its okay with the Professor. I love sitting in on classes."

Ever laughed and did a small curtsy. "Thanks. I've practiced a lot. I love dancing, and practicing gymnastics has helped me with my dancing. Plus, I have control over the shadows. If I started to fall, I could have caught myself with the shadows around here. Otherwise, there would be no way I'd do that, even if I was the best gymnast in the world."

She chuckled and then responded to what else Ares said. "Well, I definitely think you should come with us. My favorite class, actually."

She winked at both Ares and Aurora and then started running toward the library, even though they weren't supposed to run. She was on the third floor and Aurora and Ares were still on the second floor. She wanted to beat them for fun.

"Come on you two!"

Geo took this time to go and organize the supplies for his art class. He left the cafeteria and made his way towards the art classroom.

"Hmmm.... I wonder... I feel the need to let a little something out of myself... maybe a little practice with the easel wouldn't hurt... at least until I have actual students to teach..." he said to himself as he thought about what he would create on the easel. He never knew. He just started and let whatever come out on onto the canvas.

Aurora shook her head in amusement, but didn't scold them and quickly joined in on their game, using her own abilities as a shapeshifter. She took to the air, transforming into a little purple hummingbird with bright blue feathers highlighting her form. With the speedy wings of the tiny bird, she zoomed after the other two. Altan followed on foot.
