Reeve wordlessly follows the procession to the dojo, stopping to pick up his sword.
"I really don't treat you well enough, Talon."
Not that he can see it, but it seems to glimmer in lighthearted response.

Seph picked up the back of the stretcher in unison with Nami and they made their way back into the dojo. "Watch the steps, Reeve." He said, not sure if he could make out distinguishing features of the signatures so as to know when and where to step up. He nodded Nami down to the medbay.
~You're gonna love the new paint job in there.~ He sent to Nyl in a whisper, in hopes that some kind of mental activity would keep her brain active enough so she wasn't completely disoriented when she woke up.

Seph received in return the briefest flash of an image of just darkness and confusion and sharp pain.

Nami led them down the hall and into the first available room.

He stumbles up the steps, miraculously keeping his footing, wordless. Reaching the main room, he more or less collapses on a couch, taking a bandage from his medpack and tying it around his eyes. At least he wouldn't make a mess that way.

There was a sharp intake of air when the image was received. He swallowed and continued down the hall. Maybe it was still a little too early for mindlink. He whipped his end around so she was facing the right direction in relation to the bed. He hit a released on the end of the bed and a tray flipped down, giving them a spot to rest the stretcher as they moved her to the bed.
~Give me a sec, Reeve, I'll get you patched up right away.~
"Okay, Nami. On three, we both lift. Put your arms underneath her so your elbows are at her shoulders.." He put his hands under her legs. "Keep her as straight as possible.. ready? One.. Two.. Three!"

Reeve shakes his head. ~No, I'll be fine. I want you to put everything you can into healing Nyl, since I can't help with that..~

One the count of three, they lifted her onto the bed relatively well and without any mishaps.

Seph nodded and smiled at Nami. "Good deal. Thanks for all your help, Nami!"
~If you wake up before tomorrow, you're going to hate me.. but it has to be done.~ He wasn't aware that he was mindlinking. He pulled the sheet up and placed a hand on the back of Nyl's neck. A bold of rai charged into Nyl's spinal cord, blocking the chakra flow and causing a temporary paralysis.
~Reeve, Nyl's received all the ijutsu help she can handle for now. Your eyes need to be tended to.~

"It's no problem..." Nami said and then, wishing Seph a good night, headed to her own room. She wrapped her wounds tightly in bandages and changed into her pajamas before crawling into bed.

Nyl flinched again, barely, at the feeling of Rai, but that was all the response Seph got. Unconscious and unable to move, she didn't have much choice but to stay that way.

He bowed to Nami and walked out with her, making his way down the hall.
~Well, I sure can't force you, Reeve..~ He passed the main room and entered the kitchen, trying to push aside the anger that was rising within him as soon as he crossed the threshold.
