Michael Noire most of you are watching what you say or complain about because you are afraid you will be docked points for complaining.
I made a long, long thread I'm still writing that talked about two fighters sucking on wieners and slapping one-another's asses.
Surely you cannot make this claim, given I've also told you in any post I address you with that I think you're not only a poor sport and a poor roleplayer, but that Hokuto Shinken. I honestly don't censor myself anywhere I go. Usually either goes good or I get banned for it.
Sokoya's victory will be hollow to no one, no matter how much you try and make it so. I'm sure she'll wish she had an opponent who wasn't.. well, you, but ME, I'd made at least 27 web comics of my character doing horrible things to yours by now.
Damn, Vintrict should've paired ME with you.

Okay... I'm gonna say this pretty bluntly here Michael. This: Kazyan Goddamn, is Noire still bitching about nothing? This is the problem that you have. You're not going to lose because everyone hates you. You're going to lose because you refuse to play towards what the judges want to see. You refuse to observe and adapt your style to the people around you and instead insist that they recognize that your style is superior while complaining about being singled out for being different. There is a saying that is reflected in every Disney movie ever made, that if you believe in something hard enough and never give up then dreams can come true. This is such a case. You complain incessantly about everyone disliking you, in fact it's almost the only thing we ever see you do. How much of that do you think that we'll be willing to put up with before people actually start disliking you? Stop it. You're so much easier to get along with when you're not playing the victim.

My interjection: I am completely and utterly neutral in most aspects. I don't care if people like or hate me, and with that said I can say this: Sokoya Ramak All the other people's insults and such aside, I'd like to speak for a moment about that move in question. My character had her arm over yours' shoulder, gripping the hair on the back of his head. Your character, then, would reach behind him with the arm on the same side as the one mine used to grab him, and proceeded to twist it off by gripping it in a fashion that I found implausible. Up until the point above this comment, it was entirely possible.

On a balled fist. Behind his head. I'm just very certain a human arm/hand cannot bend that way, and if it could that it would not be able to take control of a limb with super strength. But I digress. I'm sure you really don't want to go through all this BS in the OoC. If you REALLY want to complain or discuss stuff in the fight, lets do it on MSN. Its not possible simply for the fact that you stuck your thumb between her pink and ring fingers yet had your palm upon hers. If that was the case, same hand to same hand... yea... nevermind I give up.

Shinjoko, I believe you read that backwards.
Assume that she reached over his left shoulder with her right hand and grabbed the back of his head. Assume then that he reached over his left shoulder with his left hand and grabbed her hand.
You're assuming he's using his right hand to do it, over the left shoulder.
It would even be possible with the right hand over the right shoulder.

Huh?
If they are standing face to face and she reached over his left shoulder with her right hand to grab his hair, he can easily reach over his left shoulder with his left hand to grab her right hand. Just as easily as he can reach over his shoulder to scratch his neck. You lift the arm and bend it at the elbow, since this puts your wrist near the top of your bicep there's a lot of room to reach anything close to your head.
You can reach up either on the inside or the outside of the opponent's arm, as if your preference.
I'm unclear as to how the pressure points of the hand work, and things like submissions... but I know for a fact I can put my hands together behind my head and still have my elbows in front of me.

It's not even that he has to play to the judges, Jello.
It's that he has to adapt to how the community has changed. If you enter a community and then don't adapt to their playstyle, how can you expect things to go smoothly? They can't. I mean, sure, that includes the judges, bt the primary problem is that he can't get anywhere in his fights because of the difference in how HE does things, and how much of the community does.
And I really have no reason for why he just ignores the patent difference in how the community operates, and how he operates, and instead chooses to b***h and complain. My primary problem with him has always been that 1) he complains a LOT, and anyone who knows me knows that I don't like whining and 2) that nearly everything I've seen him say is baseless (in the context of THIS discussion, he's made good points on other topics), which just makes it look like he has no idea what the hell he's even going on about. Which isn't surprising, given how long he's been out of touch with the community.
I don't know where he thinks my lack of respect for him stems from (and I don't really care), but that's the gist of it. If he stopped complaining and actually took time to try and figure out what HE was doing wrong, and then try to see how the community has evolved, I'd probably respect him because then he'd be doing less bitching, and more fixing.
