Kara emerged from the shadows perhed in the branches of a tree. She smiled down at Neko slowly, waving.
"I've been expecting you." She looked up as Nyl, with Seph and Reeve behind her, entered the clearing as well. "And you. ...I'm surprised at how fast you responded."
Nyl looked down at the ground, suddenly seeming very uncomfortable.

"No idea..." She paused. "Byakugan." She muttered and instantly the veins rose around her eyes. She grasped Clow's hand, moving towards the door. "I suppose we should go? Everyone else is."

Seph rose an eyebrow at this new woman. She seemed to know Nyl, so that probably meant one thing. He crossed his arms and looked dead at the woman, no longer very interested in what Nyl was saying.

Clow nodded, and then grasped her hand back quickly before, they would explode into a cloud of dust, finding everyone's chakra signatures, and eventually appeared at the clearing, still holding Nami's hand tight. He led her up...now standing at Seph's side with her.

-=Neko looked up into the trees, his chakra licking at the ground around him, and against Kara's own energy. He spoke at the same time he thought, though, the two messages were very different=-
Why did you call all of us here? What are you planning?
If you haven't seen her before, this is Kara...Be careful where you step, I don't know what she's planning...
-=Neko's eyes darted around to everyone in the area, stopping for a moment on Nyl, before locking onto Kara's eyes=-

How could I have known they'd follow you? Or that you would come so very willingly...
Kara's smile widened. "Come now, Neko. You must be able to enlighten them to some degree."
A pure-chakra barrier encircled the small clearing in which they stood like a dome. It also encompassed Kara and her tree.

"Planning? She tried to detonate Alice and I." The bandage on Reeve's shoulder is evident as he draws his sword. "That's enough info for me."

"What?" Nami glanced sharply at Reeve. This was the girl who'd done it? She kept her hand in Clow's, eyes scanning the girl's energies. Her gaze widened. Her chakra seemed to rival that of the most powerful she'd seen.

Seph immediately dropped Byakougan, the chakra barrier causing an overload to his eyes. He sighed and shook his head, looking at Kara with plain eyes, now. He didn't like being enclosed in a barrier here.

Reeve levels his sword, pointing it at Kara.
"I don't know what your purpose is, but I know I had to carry an innocent girl to the infirmary. My advice- leave before I rethink letting you- wait, what the...you know him?"

"Ugh!"
Clow's eyes closed tightly, feeling a strain on his eyes, as much as Seph probably did, and eventually let his Sharingan disappear in attempt to save himself. Once gone, he opened his eyes wide and blinked rapidly.
"Geez...That hurt..."
He looked to the woman they stood before, and stepped forward as if protecting Nami some.
"Kara...? I'm guessing that's your name. What's going on...?"

Nami watched with faint concern as first Seph and then Clow let down their bloodlines. She felt a slight strain on her own but not enough to cause her pain or make her drop it. She stared hard at the barrier, analyzing it. It was strong. She probably wouldn't be able to make anything better, and she considered chakra control her specialty.
"Neko. What the hell is going on? What is she talking about, and what deal? And Reeve don't do anything. It'll just bounce right back at you..."

((Hokay, guys, I might have to revise it a bit to me jumping in every few posts, because there are going to be times when I can't fit five replies plus plot into one post. I hope you understand! heart ))
Kara turned her smile on Reeve. "...We've met." She looked at Neko, arching a delicate eyebrow. "Deal? I do recall dealing with you, but I also recall you paying no attention to my warning...and I was already bound to a previous transaction."
Kara's gaze shifted to Nyl. "Wasn't I, Nyl?" Nyl looked up at Kara suddenly, like a small animal caught in a bright light. Slowly she shook her head.
"No. No, you...you don't get it. You don't understand."
