Leaning into her, he returned her gently kisses to her fingers and face. I love you so much, sighing he smiled broader as he kissed her and held her to him. You're so warm, and so lovely in that exquisite dress.

Kissing into her hair Kalan rested against the couch and answered her sigh with one of his own. "I'm glad I could make it," moving his kisses to her cheek he chuckled, "I couldn't miss a party with you, it's clearly our thing."

Yi Xian smiled at Madison's descriptions of the possible endings others came up with. That was the first time he'd heard such things but he was sure he'd remember it to tell the kids later. As a were he had no qualms with telling the pups scary stories. After all, regardless of bad dreams they usually ended up puppy piled with him and his sister anyways at the end of the night.
"I like the way you spin these tales, I think I'll have to take you home and sick the kids on you for a night of relief." The wolf laughed.

Kalan let a hand rest on Akki's shoulder and hmphed his understanding, "I'm certainly glad you did though, dearheart." Ears perking at the sound of what seemed the final slow song, Kalan shifted and bent his head to his darling's ear. "Would you like to dance once before the party ends?"

Holding his hand out to her with a slight bow, Kalan led her to the dance floor. Wrapping one arm around her waist and stroking her hair with his free hand he hummed along to the music as they started their dance.

Akki slipped into his ams, her heart racing as the moved slowly to the music. Her cheek rested on his chest as she closed her eyes, nurmuring softly "Now this party's perfect."

Murming an agreement, Kalan smiled down into the hair of his beautiful girl and sighed contently. "This needs to happen more often," he whispered as he held her, fully enjoying the moment.

Blushing, he shook his head, "I'm nothing compared to you, darling." Kissing her deeply and gently he held the back of her head to hold her closer to his lips. I didn't know I could miss someone so very much, thank you.
