Howdy all, moved into my new place last week and just got internet today. Umm... don't make yourself sick for any reason, even if it is fun to start with, it sucks in the end. Also, I wish I had some chili left to go with my hot dogs... that would be sweet. Due to the demand, I have brought back random blurbs of information and nonsense.
History time!
Hot dogs first originated in Frankfurt, Germany. Well, technically they were sausages in a bun, but the idea came about from that. In order to mass produce and cheapen the increasingly popular on the go lunch and dinner item, companies in America began to mix together various parts of unused meats from different animals, normally pig or cow.

I ate another 12 hot dogs for dinner tonight, but since I have covered the history on them I will speak of something else. I believe now is the time to bring up the fact that mustard bottles with cracks in the side suck. As you may have guessed, I realized this when I was putting mustard on my plate with my ketchup and received a helping of mustard on my hand holding the mustard bottle. Oh well, it still tastes good. Oh, and a quick little info blurb on mustard: It is made by grinding mustard seeds and mixing with a liquid (often vinegar), and from what I read, it was likely first developed by the Romans. Enjoy!
