I bet you in a week I could make a jutsu to make Kirigakure untouchable by the Akatsuki. This jutsu would also explain why the Mizukage/I am going to missing for a while.. Eh. It probably well not get accepted. because there is no way your character can distinguish who is Akatsuki or not. So basically you would keep everyone out but Kiri ninjas. That also means no one leaves the village, putting your village in total isolation (Like America in 1920 - 1936) @Zala Yea I said you can sign up whether you are to be there or not. Embarrassment is on your shoulder. Oh I have a way of making it work out properly.
Mizukage goes into a "Stasis" of sorts and creates a Electro-magnetic field of mist around the village. Kirigakure ninja are forced to obtain a seal that the Mizukage will teach to someone.. This seal will be placed upon their skin and allows them to travel through the mist without having to worry about the electro-magnetic field. The Electro-magnetic field, however, is like the endless bamboo forest myth. Anyone who tries to enter will have their senses screwed up and they will be walking in the opposite direction the whole time or endlessly through the mist which protects the village. However, anyone with the seal upon their skin is allowed to enter the village safely and it negates the mists effect. When you go into a statsis, it's gotta make you immobile. Since you are concentrating all of your power throughout the whole village (And I am assuming the village is just as big as any other Great Shinobi Village). Therefore it makes you useless. And that doesn't mean they can't get in the village to stop you before you use it. The Mizukage could hide himself underground or something surrounded by seals which conceal the use of chakra. :3
Since he's in a stasis and the mist is activated, All those who try to get in and stop it wouldn't be able to find him. nor would they be able to get into the village all that easily. :3 Question about your KG. You need have all your KG abilities to survive from chakra correct? @Halloween Soren is pretty much rogue. You are hanging out in my village and messing with water. I'm pretty sure the mizukage knows yor gone to.

They're highly susceptible to Genjutsu since their so physically built/mentaly fast.
Since their brain works faster and processes information at a higher rate, it means they are more susceptible to Genjutsu attacks/the Genjutsu works faster in them because of their brains speed and processing power.

Marcus, can i have permission to travel around? I'm not going to be traveling all the time but i would like the permission to travel around because that's basically what sannin do. Besides my students either ignore me or they only use their strongest Rp

Now that I read it.. IT's kind of a blue dragon rip off and not too genius at all!!
I don't even know why it's called the bloodline crusher clan. Also.. If you're own clan sees the tattoos then you're useless too? XD So don't look in a mirror.
And if My clans scent was OP.. How is that not OP?

And if My clans scent was OP.. How is that not OP? I guess you didn't read the note under the benefits. A KG is an ability an individual is born with. The Bloodline Crusher is not a bloodline. They are not born with tattoos on there body. In essence they would not have any effect on a clan say like the aburame. Make sense? It's not OP cuz it stop KG's. Clan abilities are not considered KG because you get them after you are born. Though the UChiha/Hyuuga is called a clan, there abilities come from there KG's. Ask rage. He can explain it to.
