Amnity stepped into the kitchen, taking out a pan from the cupboard above the stove. Turning on the stove, she heated up the pan, taking the herbs, bacon, and beef. Very carefully, she began cooking. "Zahzi, can you cut those vegetables for me?"

"No one's looking for him. I just assumed since you came out of the blue." Zahzi answered with a simple shrug.
He then looked over at the vegetables.
"Sure, no problem." he said, walking over and quickly cutting them with a knife instead of his normal procedure of 'leave it to sparks'

((I love LICD, I've been following the comic since last year. 3nodding ))
Amnity smiled, beginning to cook the bacon on the pan, then took some of the vegetables Zahzi finished cutting and put them beside the bacon. The soldier nearly forgot her apron though. She put it on, then took the beef and put it in the oven to cook. "Huh....I've already learned how to play an instrument...I thought it would take longer." She admitted, smiling a bit. "What was one of the other things I wanted to do in my 'List of things to do'?" Amnity wondered out loud, stirring the bacon and the vegetable.

"So would you like something to drink Mister.....? I'm sorry we haven't properly introduced each other. All I can deduce is that you might know Zazhi somehow." She smiled and stuck out her hand, "I'm Melanie, nice to meet you."

"He does have a large stature it wouldn't be to hard to locate him in a crowd...." he was catching a different vibe between Amnity and Zhazi they seemed more compatible bluntly there was less aggressive action towards each other possibly the revers. "So what has happened since my long absence for the time I have entered the door I've notice a few things myself...particularly the fact the two of you are getting along."

The move worked, caching Sala completely off guard. He winced slightly as his fist hit the bark of the tree. He whirled around to face Kimi. That was definitely not a normal human ability.

"It's that hard to imagine, huh?" Zahzi asked Dro'ki, looking at him with an eyebrow raised.
He then looked over at Amnity.
"Well, you hold the list, and haven't written it down so I wouldn't know."

Amnity thought to herself as she waited for the beef to cook. "Well...I think it was 'learn how to play an instrument', 'learn how to dance', 'go sky diving', 'fight a drunken Irishman' 'Go skiing', 'spend a whole day watching cartoons'...." She paused, looking back to Zahzi. "There's one other one....But I doubt it's too late to do..."

Amnity paused, looking out the window. "Maybe....Finding out who my real mother was...If she's alive...I don't know...That might not even be possible." The soldier turned back to the food, seasoning the beef.

Amnity smiled, looking over at Zahzi gratefully. "Thank you Z...But it's alright. You don't have to." She leaned on the counter, taking her apron off. "...Seeing the circumstances of my birth, I don't even thinks she wants to see me...Or know me.."
