Kaen looked up at the owl, her gold eyes narrowing as she set the tea mug on the bartop. She backed away so she wasn't directly under the bird, never taking her eyes off it. A hand strayed protectively to her stomach.

Tomo scowled and stood in front of Kaen, "Shoo!" He muttered, making shoving motions with his hands, "Those little hunters can suck an elf."

Kaen hissed between her teeth, hunching over as she let herself go slightly feral. "I am not going back to Ghost. I belong here!"

"Baby. Hoot. Mine too." in a second the owl turned into Ghost throwing a net on Tomokazu and taking a sword out pointed it at him, but kept her eyes on Kaen, "Both of you belonged to me, so the baby is mine too, fox girl."

Tomo struggled under the net, pulling his daggers from his belt. He began to cut an opening in the netting, "She doesn't belong to you and she never has." He spat, feeling his abdomen begin to warm up considerably.

Arlen gets up and heads to the bathroom for a shower, for some reason feeling like he's been sleeping too much.

"I have ways of making you come back...My superior told me not to take action, but make this a warning." she threw a bag filled with angel feathers and blood next to tomo and turned back to an owl and left.

"Damn it!" He muttered in an annoyed tone, ears folded back as he picked up the bag and looked inside, "Tsk, fake threats from a coward," He muttered, pulling the rest of the net off of him.

Kaen wobbled and dropped to the ground, catching herself before hitting her head on the floor. Her entire body was shaking now that adrenaline had worn off. "They want....my baby?" she said quietly, her eyes wide, tears filling the corners. She looked towards Tomo. "Wha--" She stopped to clear her throat; it had stopped cooperating. "What's in the bag?" she whispered, not really wanting to know.

Cautiously she peeked inside the bag, her hands shaking harder. She dropped the bag and turned away, hiding her eyes in her hands. "They're....Kai's...when we...when they first took us.....before even....they...cut off his wings," she whispered, her hands fisting in front of her eyes.
