I added it ^^
and no, to activate sharingan you have to face death, like sasuke
and the tournament won't start for another week or so to let people register and such

@Cobra- Kishi explained it in an interview with Shonen Jump how Kakashi's sharingan is able to work. Am I the only one that actually reads his interviews?

How Kakashi's Sharingan works 101
Okay *taps chalk board with ruler*
First off, if you want to be correct, Kakashi doesnt have the mangekyou.
What he has is called Kamui; which is a modified version of the Mangekyou.
Its not the correct Mangekyou, which we see Itachi has. And Kakashi specifically said he got it because "All my friends are dead."
Meaning, he blames himself for their deaths.
Why Kakashi can't turn it off, is because Rin did a faulty healing when putting in the eye. She forgot to heal his ability to stop the flow of chakra to his eye. Because it's in the constant state of being active, he's going blind, because the nerves around his eye are shot.
That would be why his Sharingan is on all the time.
I don't know how he got Kamui, only because it was explained during a filler arc, and I don't watch those.
I do know, that it took him a long time, and that he created a fake Mangekyou.
Kinda like the Clone jutsu used by Academy students, is a cheap knock-off of the forbidden Shadow Clone jutsu Naruto uses.
