I was just looking at the minimum point allocations and the fact that my Primera will only get 280 to start with while Captains get 400 to start with means that Zenos would be dead in a few minutes, posing no real threat to the Shinigami whatsoever.

You should talk to Hiraka about that, I don't think any Espada actually starts with those points, I mean, they get more points right away, but maybe that should be changed.
