ooc:: I was waiting for you guys to reply to Ryanna and then Ike was going to get you guys moving ._.
And as for Sahdow. I have no idea >_> But if he don't post soon I suggest we simply move on without him and he can catch up

Balthezar bowed to the Commander while he thought "I wonder what the suits will be like. I hope we can make some minor modifications to them, I don't think mine will be all that camo-ready. Granted, this place does seem fancy, they probably have some crazy light-bending technology." He gazed around for another moment before he grimaced and let his rifle fall to his side, putting his weight on the barrel and using it as a cane while they stood around. While he waited his mind drifted again and he smiled as he thought about his codename, he figured he could get to know the team later on unless someone was curious and he didn't quite care where they were off too since he figured he could always do something with the stuff still outside.
((M'kay. I'm just standing around mainly, waiting for orders. And should I leave and get my stuff while we get ready to leave or assume it will be there when I come back?))

Yue was the first to step through...more like jump into...the portal.
The change was almost instanteous. Entering back into the Head Quarters, the teen was returned back into the cold of the air-conditioned building. The aura also dissolved during the instant and so did the lust for blood. 'Cool.' He thought.
Stepping out of the way, he waited for his team mate and captian to procced through the portal as well. This place just kept becoming stranger and stranger.
'Maybe?' He thought. 'They might have some information in the library.'
Suddenly, Yue's eyes flared. 'The Andriod might know something.' However, even though he had something he wanted to do, the teen waited for instructions from his captain.
((It's cruddy, but its all I got right now.))

[[wow sorry guys. im out to sea, hectic schedule, wasnt sure if this topic died. i will try to get back into the swing of things,]]
Shadow turned to the left silently, as the captain had motioned. The tunnel suddenly grew darker and it was still easy to hear the scurrying of rats and the light sound of voices at the end of the tunnel. Shadow had gotten used to the stench of the fecces and mold in the tunnel.
The tunnel suddenly came to an end, or so it looked from the adjusted sight of ones eyes to the darkness around them. Shadow halted suddenly, before the end of the tunnel. He then looked down the hole that was before them. This was an easy obstacle, exept for there was no telling how far the drop was, nor whether or not someone was at the bottom. They were trying to get to their destination without alerting anyone.
[[for those that dont know my style, I italisize thoughts.]]
Hmmm. I could manuver my way down there silently and scope it out. This hole looks small enough for me to support myself on the walls of it with proper pressure. Then if neccessary, I could silently subdue anyone at the bottom.
He looked back at the other two. He informed the others of the situation, and his possible actions telepathically. He then waited for the captain's instructions.

Brair sat in the library a stack of medicinal books next to him and a book of notes on the other side he sighed and closed the book then opened another one and began to skim through it.

Jon strolled into the Grand hall, 'The letter said to come here...' he thought. Walking around, he ended up at the Commanders office> he knew where he was from the sign on the door. knocking on the door, Jon awaited an answer...

Xinrie listened in silence before shrugging as if to say go for it. After all the tunnel was far too small for her as the captain to maneuveur around the kiddies to smack some guards around so he as the line leader had to. He just had to make sure he didn't plummet to the bottom and go splat. Fidgeting a bit in the wate rsoaked tunnel, she mentally began to guage whether or not she could get around Outai quick enough to save him if the hole did wind up being too huge and slippery.
Ike took a in a deep breath before letting it all out in a sigh. "Anyway my dear Rookies." He spoke, waving his hand around to indicate for them to all follow. "We got a mission to do and the Commander looks busy doing paperwork so lets move out." Heading for the door, he'd open it only to sotp and stare at the other new rookie who had knocked on the door. "Oh....Uh, Commander I'm taking this kid with me as well." He called back to her his voice slightly muffled behind the wall his wings created. Turning back to Jon he smiled a bit as he slipped past ihm and in to the hall heading for the portal room.. "You follow me too."

Looking up at the group that had ppeared from behind the commanders door, Jon simply nodded and followed the group s they headed to further depths of te headquaters. What a wierd bunch...' Jon thought

Brair glanced at his watch then was in shock to find out...
"I'm late oh crap I'm late." he began to throw the medicine books back onto shelves tucked his notes away in his briefcase and ran to the comander's office and knocked on it before bargining in "Sorry sir so sorry didn't mean to... well you see... what happened is.... Oh man"

Balthezar grunted and followed the group wearily. He stayed at the back and had to stop and rest every hundred or so feet. While he walked he hummed to himself a song that calmed his emotions, yet sounded like something you'd hear at a funeral to everyone else. Of course he lagged behind the group and was the last one to do what needed to do, but he didn't care what others thought.

Ike stopped and turned back to the rookie who had just wandered in to the Commander's office. Hey, he was picking up quite the force here. Signaling the others to stop, he went back to the office, reached up to grab Brair on the shoulder with and off smile. "Ok! Commander This one too." He said. "Come on. You're following us buddy."
Making his way back to the front of the lin, Ike would continue to lead the group up to the giant 20 foot tall, 3 foot thick steel doors of the portal room. Grabbing the handle, he hefted it open with ease. The wings upon his back twitching just a bit with strain. The room would open up to reveal its thousands of spehrical windows, some embedded into the wall, others floating freely in the air and each one flickering between different sceneries and worlds. "Welcome to the portal room guys."

Balthezar entered the portal room last, his breathing heavy. He looked about at the floating scenery and mumbled "I wonder what kind of plants are at these places." As he waited for the team to choose which portal they were going through he leaned against a wall and rubbed his left leg gently. He thought "No reason to waste energy that I don't have to." as he rested.

Brair glanced at the man rubbing his leg "Lucky" he mumbled. He listened closely and from a portal he heard a quiet scream Brair began to edge his way closer to the portal until he was only a few paces away. "for sarah" and he stepped through into it he emerged onto the ground he looked around and he was next to a lady who was surrounded by a large force of men and she was helpless in the middle of it all. "hey you all of you, leave her alone he said hoisting his cane in front of him." All of them turned on him and attacked he parryed all there blades and in a flash was next to the lady and had healed her wound "run!" he said to her and she did.
Brair smiled as the men charged him again. he leaned on his cane because it was at this point that he remembered he didn't know how to get back. he began clicking his heels together "no place like home?"
