"Scheiße!" This was definitely not good. "Vell, I am fully charged now... but I don't know if it vould protect against radiation. I've never had a chance to test zhis before, und I do not vant to do so like zhis!"
"Aren't some of you robots!?" Spy demanded, looking towards the group members. "This won't 'urt you if you aren't really 'uman! One of you take Maverick's device and get over zhere to see if the rest of us actually 'ave a chance of surviving zhis!"

Luka accepted the fruit and munched on it as they ran.
Out of habit, when Oomizu heard her brother yell stop she threw up a pin bubbled around the group. That probably wouldn't help wiht the radiation reading. "Ah! Sorry! Force of habit."
Neru growled and snapped the cell phone shut. "You mean the short cut we've chosen is going to kill us?! Damn it! Why didn't Haku say anything! She could see where we're-"
Gakupo point a hand on Neru's shoulder. "Hey, don't blame Haku. She's worried about us and is probably scared from being seperated from us while being with strnagers. You cna't get mad at her for not knowing we were headed for this."
Meiko seemed to take light offense to Spy's words and put her hands on her hips. "We aren't robots. Luka, Neru, Gakupo, and I are syn-chi-schi-zers. That is not a robot. And you saw Luka bleeds like a human, so what makes you think we won't get hurt, too?" Just for the record, Meiko was trying to sy synthesizer, but, like most of them she has problems saying it in english.
Luka got a look of concern and took the device from Maverick. "I could go. We don't have time to be arguing over this, so I might as well give it a try. Not like it'd be m first time getting hurt since we came here."

((Actually there are some who are actually robots. Like Grye's character Axl. So this might be a decent time to pause and force him to make a few posts tomorrow. Just a suggestion, I'm having fun so I'm perfectly fine continuing this.))

((Ok should i let grye's character do it or have luka do it? and im running Grye's since hes not here XD sure he wont mind incase we choose to do it that way.))
Axl nodded he was more robotic then anything here besides a few members. "Ill do it. " he said taking the device from luka and walking over to where the room was at. he was bearly half way there when the device rang out
"Warning Radiation levels are at 20.5 and rising by .5 for every foot approached to source"

((So just to give an accurate response from my characters, what's the unit of measurement here, Mavs? rem or Sv? or rad? I'm assuming Sv, but I want to make certain.))
Medic was keeping an ear out for the device and an eye on the Scout. If anyone was going to start showing symptoms of radiation poisoning, it should be one of the ones with the smallest build. Sort of like how miners would bring canaries down with them... Only this would help him see how much time they had left, instead of when they would need to leave.

Scout could feel his head getting a little dizzy... It was actually a lot like drinking his energy drink. He felt the german doctor keeping an eye on him and looked to him, lifting an eyebrow in a sort of annoyed fashion. "What'd I do this time ta get ya to be lookin' at me that way?"
Oomizu seemed uncomfortable hearing tere was that much radiation in the room. This made her nervos at the thought that they could get hurt seriously.

Axl walked over to where the door was "Hmm ok im here...."
"Warning Radiation levels are at 214.34" the little machine spoke
Maverick sighed... "We cant survive that can we...."
"Hang on..." Axl said as he stepped all the way to the wall. "Hmmm it dropped by 50 just by stepping back this much..... i wonder" he said as he walked to the door to examin it

Medic hesitated a moment before answering. "I'm vorried..." Not necessarily worried about the Scout (although, after a certain amount of time, the boy did tend to grow on you), true, but worried nonetheless. "Scout, are you... How are you feeling?" Best not tell him what the symptoms were, lest he just start imagining he has them. When he heard Maverick, however, he had to answer. "Vell, ve have a good chance if ve just run past as fast as ve can. Minimizes zhe radiation absorption. I... vouldn't recommend it, but if ve have no choice..."

Scout was actually surprised by Medic's honesty. The man was almost always unreadable and cold, but right now he was genuinely worried... Though, maybe not quite so much about him. That b*****d was probably looking out for himself. "Uh, well, my head's feelin' kinda funny. Kinda like tha first time I tried tha energy drink BLU sent me."

Medic tried to keep his face passive, but there was a slight frown. Just to be safe, even if he had no idea if it would help, he turned the Medigun on Scout. "You let me know if anyzhing changes, ja?" If the Medigun could at least buy them time, that would give them an advantage.

((Because I give the best updates ever.
So basically we haven't had to fight against any more mutated people (which we found out were the result of various experiments on humans), and then were suddenly surrounded by some sort of Robo-Cop looking cyborg people type things. A few people were shot, but we were able to get out the room and lock them in, and Maverick blew them up with an alchemy circle he left behind for them. Then Maverick had a device that started picking up radiation levels. Now we're facing our only exit down the hall, the next elevator (the last got buried in debris). The reactor that's leaking the radiation is also in that hall, and unfortunately is between us and the elevator, and the group is quickly trying to decide if they should charge through or run back and see if they can dig out the other elevator. Scout's just starting to feel one of the symptoms of radiation poisoning (light headed/dizzy), but so far he's the only one.
And I'm still undecided if the Medigun should be able to help with radiation poisoning or not. It speeds up the body's natural ability to heal, but... Yeah I dunno.))

((THANK YOU! And ah, I'll make a few of mine get sick. Because well, if they ate human and live in a time without radiation, or well, are unknown to the causes and effects of radiation, then they're screwed. lol xd ))
Faya watched as Scout began to take on the effects of the radiation that were protruding from the generator. "We need to get out of her, and soon." She told her sister, standing next to her. Since Bunko was human, she didn't have the same type of immune system as her, so she could be taken down more easily and quicker for that matter.
"Yeah, this is just crazy. Why are we still deliberating over this? We want to save our asses, right? So let's just do it and get this mission over with." Bunko said with a sigh as she touched her hand to her temple, wincing once before lowering it with a sigh.
Tomoe glanced around at everyone, a bit fearful of what was to happen to them. "Well, if there are other cyborgs like the ones we ran into earlier, I don't want to have to run back the other way. But still, the humans of the group will have a harder time with the radiation, since well... they're humans." She told herself before she looked up at Alexander, grasping onto his arm gently. "What should we do? Should we rush forward at the expense of our human-friends' lives? Alexander, I'm scared."
Toph started to breath a tad more heavy the usual, leaning against the wall beside her with one hand. "God damn. What the hell is happening to me?" She muttered to herself, her eyes looking unfocused as she placed her other head on top of her forehead. "Ugh, this headache is killing me.."
"Toph! Are you okay?" Ty Lee asked her friend, ignoring her own slight sickness from the radiation. She always tried to look on the positive of things. But well, from what she gathered from talking to Yuzuki about what radiation is earlier, she realized that if they continued to be exposed to it at a stronger level than they were currently, they would all die. Well, first the humans and then anyone else who followed, since their immune systems would be compromised.
"Yeah, I'm fine Ty Lee. I just got a bit of a headache... and I feel like I'm 'bout to throw up. Ugh, this is ridiculous."
Yuzuki watched the living beings with a blank look. Since she was cybernetic, she didn't have to worry about the contaminants that her comrades would have to deal with. The only thing she had to worry about was the fact that radiation could connect to her and she could spread it to other living beings. But beside that, she was fine, for now.
