Unstable Joker blue_mirror Maybe change your eating habits? That way you use less energy to get results. I've heard from more than a few people that simply cutting soda from their diet has had pretty good results. Not that I have the will power to do that, I love mah Dr. Pepper too much sweatdrop Ditto cna't live without my sprite heart
My mom's talking about the south beach diet, but I cna't go two weeks without potatoes OR bread/pasta.
My eating habbits currently are actually a TON better then what they used to be. I eat a small lunch if any, and for dinner have a single serving of rather lean food.
usually veggies, rice/past and some sort of meat.
I'm not that heavy, I'm 5'6" and weigh 150, which is primarily in my a** and tits, I'm a size DD bra, and got major wide hips. =/
My thyroid causes me not to burn fat right, and as for energy, it just doesn't give me any, thyorid conditions such, I've got hypothyroidism. 3nodding *getting pics into camwhore thread* Oooo.. two dittos for one post xd Don't go without something you really like, just cut back your intake of it. If you cut something that you really like completely out of your diet, you crave it more than usual. When you can't take ignoring the craving anymore, you eat a lot more of it to compensate.

no lunch of breakfast, save for pills 1/2 a lexapro pill, 1 synthroid pill
and at night I have my dinner and a vitamin. And dinner is small, I also have a strange motabolism *nod* I can't eat large meals at all, but I can eat alot over time, many many many small meals. I get hungry fast..
but only after like 1pm, otherwise I don't get hungry at all.

no lunch of breakfast, save for pills 1/2 a lexapro pill, 1 synthroid pill
and at night I have my dinner and a vitamin. And dinner is small, I also have a strange motabolism *nod* I can't eat large meals at all, but I can eat alot over time, many many many small meals. I get hungry fast..
