i promised to stop because they
threatened to tell my parents.

i just ... can't seem to get back
into the groove of my old habbits.
Good for her. You have no need to do that to your body. You are very pretty and don't need to lose weight. heart

I need to loose...

*counts* 30 lbs u_u;;

*sighs* going to be hella hard with a thyroid condition ******** class="clear">
Just take it in slow chunks. 3nodding
slow chunks of ever fast, really hard for those with a dead/slow thyorid to lose weight, since the thyorid controlls a main part of that..

that and the fact I've no energy to speak of makes working out hard.
I need to check out the gym here, see if there's a stairmachine, and something..

need to work my legs. and a**...and abs. Situps can't do, nor crunches, cause of my damn boobs.

btw I took all my bracelts off today!..

Maybe change your eating habits? That way you use less energy to get results. I've heard from more than a few people that simply cutting soda from their diet has had pretty good results. Not that I have the will power to do that, I love mah Dr. Pepper too much sweatdrop

fasddsa I know exactly what you mean... gonk June corrupted me for like a week and I hardly drank any coke...it sucked... Finally gave that up 'cuz I got tired of the damn withdrawal headaches... =.=;

Ditto cna't live without my sprite heart

My mom's talking about the south beach diet, but I cna't go two weeks without potatoes OR bread/pasta.

My eating habbits currently are actually a TON better then what they used to be. I eat a small lunch if any, and for dinner have a single serving of rather lean food.

usually veggies, rice/past and some sort of meat.

I'm not that heavy, I'm 5'6" and weigh 150, which is primarily in my a** and tits, I'm a size DD bra, and got major wide hips. =/

My thyroid causes me not to burn fat right, and as for energy, it just doesn't give me any, thyorid conditions such, I've got hypothyroidism. 3nodding *getting pics into camwhore thread*
