.:: surprised oc:::. Now now, let's play nice kiddies. What happens in rps stays in rps. that's the rule here on gaia.
The Commander's lips twitched ever so slightly as the man stepped forth and did his little introduction charade. She leaned back in her chair whn he was finished, clasping her hands together silently. An amused look crossed her features for a moment.
"Quite the gentleman I see. As for who brought you here....I'm not entirely sure. But who ever it was they filled out an application for you. So you might as well stay with us. After all, we do serve three square meals a day. And the tea here is absolutley smashing."
She added tis with a nonchalant shrug as her slender, scarred finger pointed to the other aplication resting a few inches away from Aleric's.

((Guess that's my cue to finally join in on this fun! I'll delete if such is not the case))
Balthezar froze when he was pointed at before he regained his senses and opened the door. "Why hello there. Don't know how you knew I was in there, guess I need to be quieter." he said nervously. He looked at the others present before he stated "I do believe I am the last applicant, Balthezar Matricius."
He reached out with his right hand in case anyone wanted to shake it as he reached into a pouch and pulled out a broad, green, leaf and started chewing on it. He stopped chewing after a few seconds and looked down before going quickly back into the room he was in and coming out slowly with his sniper rifle, this time over his shoulder. "Sorry about that, almost forgot my baby." he said with a laugh that was almost maniacal.

"I hope these are the two who I had to track them down. That'd make my life sooo much easier." Ike would mumble as he flexed his 16 foot wing span out, letting the feather's ruffle once before tucking them back behind him again. He glanced the newcomer's over once, taking note of how they first appeared and their words. The angelkid chose to stay quiet for now until after the commander had spoken. "...Hm."
ooc:: Short post xP Lucky summer people. Uhm I got finals ALL next wee so the chance of me posting during that time frame is pretty slim to none. Just as a heads up

"Ah yes, Balthezar. Welcome."
The Commander nodded as a feathery smile crossed her pale features. She wasn't going to say how she knew where they were, let that be something he could think on. She let her eyes fall back to the Angel with a nod of her head to the other two rookies.
"Lieutenant Arc, you are in luck. Both missing applicants have showed. Now it still stands as I have said before. Suit up, Codenames, and then move out. I trust that I am clear on all of this. You two, you will follow Lieutenant Arc and Aleric. He should explain the mission details as you go. I know its a sudden and abrupt mission, but it's high priority that we accomplish it and fast.....Oh and Arc....please keep the Mishaps to a minimal."

((I did promise you a post, but that post got sucked into a black hole so... Yea, it's gone.
The truth is though, I couldn't think of a non-lame way to like conclude the mission. I figured it out though so no worries. Now I just have to figure out how to get it out of that black hole.))

((Hey, you know what I just realized? My squad started the mission with four people. Now we are leaving with three. Lulz, we lost a member and now we are leaving him behind.))
"It's not too far from here..."
It didn't take much time for the trio to make it to the extraction point, it was a small clearing in middle of the forest. Tree limbs overhung the small patch of nothing except in the center where the branches couldn't reach. In the center there was a large tree stump. The evidence that an ancient forest giant once stood here in the center.
"Okay, I will call the portal, you two should stand back." Sokato made no visible movement, staring intently at the stump. Then, seconds later, the portal opened. Starting as a small dot of light then expanding into a disc shape directly over stump, this portal was the ticket back home. Sokato turned to Yue and Rusty and stretched his arm out to the portal. "Here it is. You go first, please."
