Calmer Reporting that I am undergoing urge to post the various philosophical and theological refutations of some of the theses and theories of St Thomas Aquinas... Must you? A damn good chunk of my Catechism is based on him, and I just had Purgatory stripped away until I can find a way to refute some arguments. Plus, my debating is spent at the moment.

Nuri Kyraa Nuri I'm sorta thinking that anyways. I want to do funky stuff with my hair. Might be cool to just bleach and pull snow white on my bangs with the red on the rest. Oh, now that would be hot. I may have to have a friend help me with that. My hair is REALLY dark. This would be scary. Oh, no. Scary is seeing my darling, blonde sister with the bottom half of her hair done in a brown/black. Scarring, really.

Ruevian Yeah. Like a lot of kids trying on the grunge thing for size, I had bleached my bangs when I was in middle school/high school, and every morning I'd soak them in non-sweetened Kool-aid to get different colors for the day. It washed out, though towards the end of this hobby, my hair was sort of dingy grey at the ends. So that's how those girls manage those rapid color changes. I believe you've just solved on the mysteries of my high school career. And I can definitely see the necessity of using non-sweetened Kool-Aid. Arilavent Painfully busy. Also, I think Jubel may have just kicked my a**. Possibly. 1 Corinthians 3:10-15 can be used to support purgatory. And Dan 12:10; Zech 13:9; Mal 3:2-3; 2 Mac 12:42-45; Mt 5:26; Lk 12:47-48; Lk 12:58-59; 1 Cor 3:13-15; Rev 21:27; and others support the value of prayer for the dead/purgation, which, if he is an inerrantist, means that if there is no post-mortem cleansing of souls, then the bible is wrong about the value of prayer for the dead and thus self-contradictory. I don't think he's won by a long shot.

Plus, my debating is spent at the moment. Not definitely. But I would like to outline, for example, why his views on eternity, God's omnipresence, and good and evil, to name the most recent three conflicts, have drawn substantial critique since his writings. ninja

I don't think he's won by a long shot. You're a God send. I brought up post-mortem prayer earlier, and no one said anything. I should have thought to bring it back, and I also shouldn't have relied on the damn arguement my religion teacher uses to prove Purgatory to high schoolers.

I mean the bottom half of her head's hair was dyed in brown from scalp to end, so her hair would alternate blonde and brown. having it done the way you're saying would be awesome.
