Birdsong
[Birdsong twitched her ears as she heard Shadow growl at his sister. She snorted and lay down, looking up at her apprentice and Skye with sad eyes]
"We'll talk to Galestar after. Why don't you go see Cometstream with Spadepaw?"

xXSylvakyXx We were given Four paws to walk, two eyes to see, two ears to listen...  Saltpaw[Saltpaw waited patienly for Jaywing to answer. The look of thought told her he was trying to come up with something. She wanted to help in any way she could.]
"Well...It's a bird you're after, and if you and I are going to fight it, then normal fighting wouldn't work right? Because that's for fighting cats...on the ground. So wouldn't it be better to figure something out?"
[Saltpaw started to pace around Jaywing. Jaywing couldn't teach something he didn't know, they would have to make it up.] "Maybe...if I jumped and grabbed the bird, I could drag it to the ground you could finish it. But I can't jump that high..."
{{Pepperpaw would do anything to make Spadepaw happy wink }} But why only one heart? Because the other was given to someone else. For us to find...

"Come along, now. Cometstream's a great storyteller. She can help explain what Starclan is."
[She mewed, padding over towards the elder's den.]
Cometstream's technically still a warrior...but she sure does get a kick out of chatting with those elders.

xXSylvakyXx We are the swift... We are the strong...  Pepperpaw[Pepperpaw looked behind him and was unable to see Eaglewind. Am I actually beating him? he thought happily to himself.]
[Pepperpaw pushed himself to go faster just incase Eaglewind was going to try something. Another look behind him told Pepperpaw his mentor wasn't there. A large grin spread across his muzzle. Looking back in front of him he saw a pelt getting closer. By the time he realized what it meant, he had already crashed into Eaglewind. After tumbling for a while, Pepperpaw sat up.] "Ow..." We are and always will be... Breezeclan...

↣ Ϩҟɣҽ ↤ [Skye followed Spadepaw, looking behind her at Birdsong.] "I'll see you soon Birdsong! Then we can talk to Galestar."[The little she cat was excited about becoming a member of the clan. She looked at the body, Falconstrike was the cats name. Skye wondered if she would ever be there, dead for her friends...she realized that she would prefer it be her than Birdsong or Spadepaw.]

Birdsong
[Birdsong's once again empty green eyes followed Spadepaw and Skye as they headed towards the Elders Den]
"Goodbye, little one" she whispered.
[Birdsong rolled over onto her back, savoring her solitude. She closed her eyes and tried to drift off to sleep, the Greenleaf sun warming her fur, but found it impossible. Falconstrike's death reminded her of the day her mate died. No one seemed to have understood why Birdsong was so upset when Blazeheart died. They had told no one, after all, that they were mates. Best friends, they assumed. Close as family.
So stupid she thought.
Birdsong stood up and padded out of camp, running as soon as she was out of sight]

Spadepaw "Perfection is impossible. Loyalty is not." ♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤✖♤ [Spadepaw waited in the nursery until Skye had caught up with her. She sat in front of the sleeping Cometstream and prodded the tabby with one paw.
"nngh..."
[Spadepaw waited as Cometstream stretched, looking at the kit before her, then turning to Spadepaw.]
"Who's this?"
[She asked, looking over Skye.]
"This is skye, she's a new kit in our camp. She wants to be named arrowkit, though. I thought you could help me explain to her what starclan is, maybe tell her a story."
[Cometstream raised one cat-brow, glancing at Spadepaw from the corner of her eye.]
"She doesn't know about starclan?"
[Spadepaw nodded, feeling somewhat guilty for not having told about it to skye.]
"Well, alrighty then...Listen here, skye. Starclan is our fifth clan. When a cat dies, their spirit rises up to Starclan. They earn their 'wings' when they go to Starclan. Every Starclan cat has their own unique set of wings. Starclan helps us by sending prophecies and appearing in our dreams. "
[The tabby narrowed her eyes.]
"But...if you kill another cat free-willingly, or are too bad of a kit, you go to the Dark Forest. they have dark personalities there, and they have very evil wings, themselves...Some even come up to haunt our dreams, they never help us, though. So if you are a good kit, you go to Starclan."
[She mewed simply, raising a paw to lick the top of it.]
"Dicepaw is an example of a cat that will go to the Dark Forest."
"What?! Cometstream!"
[Spadepaw mewed with a growl in her tone.]

"You scared the kit."
[Spadepaw turned back to cometstream.]
"YOU are just a whisker away from giving Skye the wrong idea about my sister!"
"She's not a good cat."
[Spadepaw ignored this, swiveling her head to Skye.]
"Dicepaw is my sister. She isn't all bad, she's very sweet."
"She's as cuddly as a thorn."
[Spadepaw threw an annoyed glare at the tabby.]
"She's done some pretty bad things, but i think she's starting to see some common sense lately."
"She's nearly blind for that kind of thing. She'd sooner kill Spadepaw here than become a good cat."
[Spadepaw got to her paws.]
"How about i tell you a story instead, Skye."
[She mewed bitterly, obviously upset by cometstream's judgement of Dicepaw.]

 Sweetmoon thought for a moment. "That's good to hear Dicepaw. I'm sure you will be a great warrior, one the clan will be proud of." She praised the apprentice. Dicepaw has had it rough since her mother... The clan should not judge this kit by what it's parents have done... She thought to herself.

Birdsong
[Birdsong ran across the moor. Her territory was huge, and she was soon out of breath, but the she-cat pushed herself forward, and soon reached the edge of BreezeClan. She sat down, chest heaving, struggling to breathe. Her green eyes were unfocused as she peered across the border, into the forest outskirts. Birdsong felt as if she was losing control of her life, sadness and the need to be alone always overwhelming her. What had happened?
Who knows? Getting your heartbroken probably.
Shut. Up.
Oooh, touchy, are we?
Birdsong shook her head and crossed the border, wanting and needing to get away]

[Spadepaw hesitantly sat down.]
"Starclan are more powerful than anything. Their paws can reach to the other clans easily. I had a friend many seasons ago, she was in a different clan. I still see her in my dreams."
[Spadepaw blinked.]
Who was this friend? I never heard of this...
"Silverfall, her name was...she was the bravest of warriors i have ever seen. Took on a badger protecting me!"
"Something happened to her?"
"Yes...Silverfall was murdered by the most dark-hearted cat i'd ever seen. Blazerstar. He blinded me, as well."
[Spadepaw's eyes widened.]
"B-Blinded?! Cometstream, you're blind?!"
"That, i am. Starclan has been kind enough to let me keep my life, however...I am happy just the way i am. I was born with great smell and hearing, though. So, I live no different than i lived when i was able to see."
