Man I need to stay focus. Sorry about that.
Well the rundown of the Elven Republic is a nation comprised of elves that recently was made from a kingdom in last 2 years. The king's cousin took over when the king became ill. His reign was a torture and a revolutionary band took over the kingdom. The knowledge of the Leader of the Revolutionaires is very blessed and rare information. Any Revolutionary will claim they are the leader in order to keep the original one a secret.
Either way right now its trying to get back on its feet and the nation is mostly concentrated in the Capital. The new government is based on a chain of trade guided by a underground group made up of the old revolutionaries and old council members. The people rely on each other with the underground group keeping major issues in control. Very libral an ideal system of government but it still in its test stages.
Is that enough?
Good Luck for I haven't written up the history which includes some characters that might be more important than you can imagine.

@ KD: I also have another 12 pack of Cream Soda, aaaaand a bottle of Vanilla Coke. lol If you don't want the Diet Dr. Pepper, then I've got Coke and Cream soda for you! (lol "I've got coke!" XD!!!)

KD: Well, I have this Sky Pirate guild that I am Always looking for members for. It is technically a fan guild, BUT, the rp requires no knowledge of the fandom to get into it and I always need strong rpers.

SEE my dress? Yes, I spent 1.1mil on it... I am now only 3mil away from my "dream avi". Although, I can never keep her in the same outfit... I heart this dress so much.....
