"Sounds good to me. Let's start with some hand-to-hand for a bit of w arm-up. We wouldn't want anyone getting hurt," He said, thinking more Kimi than himself. After all, he was an Elf, but she was only human. Much more fragile.

"Alright, but I have to warn you. I'm stronger than I look." Kimi said confidently. Shapeshifter posed as human. He should know I'm not exactly normal after this. Kimi's not intending to shapeshift but strengthen herself to match her fighting power and use spells.

Kimi followed keeping a good distance between them. "So how do we start?" She began to tie up her hair with a ribbon. She was ready to defend or attack at any moment.

Without looking back or answering, he lunged at Kimi with his fists behind him, ready to swing. He gauged his opponents reflexes and strength this way, and would base the rest of the fight on his findings in the first few blows.

Kimi slowed her reflexes. She made it so that she just barely dodged the first swing and was hit by the second swing. She coughed as the second blow connected. "How sudden." She wanted to surprise him by lowering his guard a bit, letting him think she was this weak.

((I'm just going to pull Melanie from the fight and pretend it never existed since the guy playing my opponent left. So jump in, introduce yourself, while Melanie plays in the snow....))
Melanie stood next to a snowman she just built. She found some rocks to make a face and buttons. She took her scarf and wrapped it around him. "There, that's a nice snowman. I should get some stuff to make him look better later. I should just jump to my home now." She jumped onto a tree and onto a balcony nearby. She slid open the glass door and stepped inside. She got some materials like a hat, a carrot, cobpipe, etc. She then stepped out onto the balcony and fixed the snowman. "There, perfect." she said smiling.

Melanie turned around to face Ventrus and met his chest. She had to look up to see his face. She smiled, "No, I haven't named him yet. Do you have any suggestions?" Melanie then noticed he wasn't wearing a coat, "You're not wearing a jacket! Aren't you cold? It's not good wearing only a few layers in this weather." She took off her jacket and attempeted to drape it over him. "You might catch a cold or..." she then felt that he was pretty warm. Something's not right here.....

He jumped back lightly, out of range of any possible counterattack, before studying her, and her reaction. "You did say anything," he said with a taunting smile.

A yawn could be heard coming from near Ventrus and Melanie as Zahzi began to walk near where they were talking. He had left where Amnity was still practicing with the piano, seeing that his help wasn't required anymore.
"Don't know what it is about the cold...Makes me tired..." he said to himself with a sleepy expression plastered on his face. Ironically he wasn't even wearing any sort of warm clothing; just the same clothing as usual.
