I would say "no" to the death penalty, since Tyr has gone there several times and is still alive himself. It's what you do while there that could get you into trouble. xp

You'd be shot where you stood. The central tower is for family only. 3nodding The acception was made for the conference, as it was the best place to hold it, and it made it more accesable to Nana whom was/is still rehabilitating. The other 3 main areas are open for exploration.
xp I had a simple map in OOC a few months back.

What do you mean? How old is he? The children will be growing up (though not immediately) and they wander around everywhere.

They're going to have an 'accident' that ages them, later on in the plot. 3nodding Otherwise yes they would age naturally.
