Seph was in another world until Reeve came in. He turned and shook his head. "You don't have any reason to be sorry, Reeve. Your pain is understandable, y'know..?" He paused for a second. "There's nothing wrong with you, never has been."

Seph watched Reeve exit and sighed, his shoulders slumping considerably. He took a seat opposite her. "Is it strange for the Ijutsu Shojiki to not know how to help someone beyond physical wounds?"

"Then we'll have to stop them." He spoke as soon as she began trailing off. He lowered his head some, trying to make eye contact with her. "You can't be guilty of something you don't control. As soon as that first Nin attacked you, he and his affiliations became the Dojo's enemy. No one here is going to die, I promise."
I'll make sure of it.
He hoped that had been uplifting.

He stood as well, returning her bow. "..Alright. Sleep well." He wasn't satisfied, though. She wasn't being her self, and apparently there was nothing he could do about it. Right now, at least.

((It's not always too early for people to be around on weekends, but it probably is after most of us were up until 3 and 4 in the morning last night. smile ))
