She flashed him a bright smile. "Well, then, I'm glad I was just lucky to have decided to go for a walk this evening." She nodded and then continued, "You know what that means?" she raised an eyebrow as she asked the question. "It means that any night that you're feeling down, just think about me and I'll be on my way...unless I'm hungry...then it may be a moment or two." She smiled in a joking manner. "It's a better idea to be my friend verses my enemy...a much better idea."

"hmm sounds like a date" he said tilting his head some looking at two people walking by and he shook his head then looked back at ali and then to the sidewalk woundering why he could acy ually joke around it was rare to be able to do that for him and he knew it. He smiled and disreguarded the thoughts that seemed to rush though his mind and he looked at her again.

Smiling, Alistair nodded and replied, "I look forward to it." She looked at him closely. "Its sad that you're past haunts you so. I wish I could help you there...but it's dangerous to step too deeply into someone's mind. It hurts I hear, or so they tell me as they lay wreathing in pain." Her face screwed into an odd expression. She shrugged.

its the only part of my that doesnt seem to change. all i seem to have left are lost hopes and broken memorys anymore" he smiled dispite the fact that he might actually be upset"i really dont like to think anymore its odd really"

She nodded as he spoke, she remembered when she only had those things to hold on to. One hundred years seemed unbearable back then. "I know how you feel. When all of my family members were gone...I had nothing left. That was a mere 100-200 years into my life. Don't worry, it'll be better someday." She smiled and patted his back again. "Believe it or not," she asdded carefully.

Befor her hand could touch his back he had dissappeared and reappeared on the oposing side and he laughed"i know i just figure ill keep my mind off it and on you for the time being untill i have more skulls to crack like i said earilier" he smiled and patted the top of her head as they walked.

She pretended to be surprised as he vanished and reappeared. "Well, if you aren't just sneaky sometimes! I'd better watch my wallet," she joked and winked. Then, she saw the gate to the park just ahead, and not too soon. There was about a half an hour before she needed to be out of harms way. "Well, we'll have about 20 minutes to spare if we're lucky. I forgot how far the fountain was from the gate." She smiled.

He smiled lightly and nodded "i can make it longer if you want" he said looking at her with a half smile his thought seemed to be bothering hiim again but he ignored them for the most part.

Her eyes widened. "You can do that? Mess with time, I mean? I've tried for years and never quite understood anything of it," she rambled. "But you can do it?" Her smile widened as sh spoke. Then, she realized what she was saying and the high-pitched tone of voice she was using and cleared her throat and adverted her eyes to the ground. "Sorry bout that..."

she patted her head "give me your address and ill get you to where you need to be fast" he raised her eyes back to his with his finger and shook his head some"i cant mess with time i can only speed myself up sorry i cant though"

She sighed, "That is still cool though." She reached into the bag that hung at her waist and extracted a pen and paper. Writing it down, she handed it to him, "There you are, that's my address, for now. I don't know how long I'll be able to stay there though. Humans can be funny from time to time..." SHe shrugged.

with a breif second of laughter he read the paper and stuck it in his pants pocket. He looked at ali and shook his head at her comment and picked her up into his arms befor closing his eyes and teleported to the door of her house he looked down at her and smiled.

Alistair cleared her throat. "Could have warned me about that part. It's been quite a while since I've been sweapt off my feet." She laughed at the pun in her last words. Then, she commented, "Sorry, I find that puns are very humorous. That's why I enjoyed Shakespeare." She laughed for another moment. "Thank you, by the way."

he bowed his head to her as he set her down on her feet lightly taking slight offence to his onw though" im sorry i should of asked but if i only grabbed yoru hand or a body pary it would of been ripped off" she made sure to put his point across that he was sorry

She smiled, "Well, then, thank you for picking me up. I do enjoy having my body parts attatched. I'm sorry if I offended you." She smiled up at him in a sincere fashion. "I don't believe I ever caught your name, friend." She narrowed her eyes, quite sure he hadn't meantioned it.
