Nope, it's definitely the normal way. The way he's playing out, he's almost like a Bizarro, but those Bizarro traits are just superficial and have an independent, unrelated cause. His shirt has a normal S-shield and he speaks like a normal person.
Oh, but his pants do tend to look really worn and have holes in the knees, just because he likes that style and buys his clothes from a secondhand clothing store in Gotham.
So basically I'm just having fun with the idea of a Bizarro clone of Superboy and making all these visual shout-outs to it, even though Match is definitely not a Bizarro clone.
