From deep within the confines of his mind Nari sat up against a small wall looking across the empty expanse to the cage on the far side. Every single day since he had become a host for Choumei he had spent hours talking to the beast. It was never about anything huge, just small talk. In a sense he truly empathized with him. To the world Choumei was naught but a weapon. He wasn't a being with thoughts and feelings. But to nari he was something much much more, he was a part of himself now. Rising to his feet a small smile spread across Nari's face as he spoke up,"One day Choumei. I promise you one day I will find a way to change how people view you and the others like you. Nobody should be alone, and nobody should be thought of as just a weapon."
Returning to the "real" world he feel someone patting him on the cheek. "Wake up human. You can be real lazy sometimes." He could hear choumei chime in from the depths of his mind. The first thing to come back online was his sense of touch and quickly after that a small smirk spread across his face. Opening his eyes he could see Kaori was the one who was slapping him. Though he could not hear her when her mouth opened. Though by the time she finished speaking he could hear enough to catch,"Sleeping on the job."
Letting out a soft sigh he tucked his legs under him and popped his long katana off of the frog on his belt and used it to help himself stand. Brushing his hair from his face he began to look over the situation as best he could. From what he understood that thing in the center there had smashed through the roof. Wonderful, and now it was making an infernal sound far more annoying then anything he had heard in a long time. It made the hairs on the back of his head stand up upon their ends and his teeth hurt.
Letting out another sigh he nodded as the windows soon followed suit with the walls he had crashed through and shattered though oddly enough they did not implode or explode. They simply spiderwebbed and fell to the ground. Odd. Nodding towards the box he spoke up,"What do you make of that eh Kaori?"

Must relearn every technique at half the learning cost to perform techniques without armor to learn the different distances and timing of the techniques. Right before she left, for a moment, everything shook. Luckily for her, she was almost out of the doorway when the crater crashed but the wind was enough to push her away several feet. Geez. Glasses or anything made with glass materials shattered into pieces along with a crash. Surprised and shocked, the Yamanaka spun around once she regained her balance and saw the box once the dust settled as she rose her eyebrow at it. Everyone else seemed at standstill.... gathered around the box and the pink haired girl joined them on that. Her head turned left and right, no one made any movements. The not-so-smart genin took a step closer to the box, "Well. Only one way to find out what it is, I mean we can't just leave it here like a bomb ticking..." With that in mind, she stepped closer, her grey hues focused for any changes on the box as she got closer. If there was any changes, she wouldn't dare to venture any further.

Headband Location: Around her waist Appearance: Along with her natural wavy pink hair which was waves of light and darkness that reached to her hips if she had it free from any binding. Her eyes are stormy grey in color with tiny green speckles that could only be seen if you were right at her face. Slender with hourglass figure, her chest was a simple firm B-cup with firm round butt, Sayuri was obviously not well for any kind of strength but she was in fact, flexible and practiced yoga along with Pilates every day. High cheek bones with feminine jawline, she sometimes wears her lip piercing and does not have her ears pierced, at least, until she becomes chuunin and receive her earrings. As of right now, Sayuri has three piercings. One on the lip and the other two not exactly visible. Sayuri always, ALWAYS have a black choker on.

Caught off guard by the sudden meteor strike, Theodin wwaass blown through a couple walls and knocked put cod for a while. When the thing let out a high pitched noise, Theo woke up, quickly covering his ears as his goggles fell apart and crumbled to the ground. When the noise stopped, Theo quickly pulled his breath mask from his bag and put it on, in case there was something odd in the air. Using his staff to prop himself up as he limped very slightly, Theodin walked towards where he saw the others crowding around the epicenter of the blast,, judging by thee damage patterns he saw. “F***ing hell… Theo grumbled rubbing his head under his cowl with his free hand, “What the hell hit us and has it been made nonexistent yet?” It was then that Theo saw the box sitting in the middle of the small circle, “….So… what’s this s*** and where’d it come from? And how do we destroy it?”
He’d then notice the pink-haired Sayuri moving towards the box, reaching for it slowly, “Sayuri… we don’t know what this is, what’s in it, or what it wants… physical contact with it is probably a bad idea.” Theodin would then reach into his pocket within the robe he wore and pull out a kunai, flipping it around so the ring end would be flying forward, he’d toss it lightly at the box, testing its reaction. He’d also be running through his arsenal of ninjutsu and seals to try to think of something that could combat or halt it if it got aggressive or anything.
It would be a flat lie to not express just how startled Sadayo was when the box, below in the crater, began to twitter with sounds. Her alarm shows itself promptly as a sudden frantic shuffle backwards from the ledge. She would tempt another anxious glance in direction of the crater and proceeds, without too much haste, backwards towards Kyomei. She stops. "Hey!" her voice pipping over the sense of unease rallying on her shoulders. Sadayo again thrashes her sleeve for Kyomei's attention. Her words and her intention of identifying their white-haired instructor was muddled when she looks back across the room. Sight of a large white animal in company caught her. It was no albino scorpion, thank the stars, but a large cat. A light shudder zips through her at the thought.
Her voice shrank and she returned to stand near Kyomei. Wait. She didn't have any other choice and watched others who were still near the crater and its box. A pink haired girl dared herself another step, Sadayo held her breath until another called her from it. Sadayo was temporarily at ease. Temporarily. When the much taller, presumably, jounin then tossed a knife in the box's direction Sadayo's shoulders tensed. She could've sworn her three pony-tails ruffled and rose slightly in a collective, miniature freak-out.
What could she do? If anything, the choice to back out sounded solid. Her knowledge was currently with a limit of throwing electric needles and basic maneuver of a puppet which is remotely useless for combat. "Nani?" Kyomei seemed at a loss as it had seemed Sadayo was trying to affirm reassurances from her. However, this was beyond even the youthful and omnipotent Kyomei's ability of comprehension. She was trained in the otherworldly to a degree but she sought not to antagonize whatever had landed. "Byuu I think it best to leave this to the more experienced nin hata." Kyomei stated aptly trying to disassociate her all powerful self from the situation and mayhaps convincing the puppeteer to do the same though that would be up to her. Unless the services of an exorcist was needed this seemed like a 'ninja' problem for other 'ninjas' to solve.
Gripping her Shakujo she might have been the first to actually cease the curious glance. Whatever has happened has happened for a reason and whatever happens thereafter to will happen for a reason and it was all pre determined for that was the will of the Tao. With clicking heels turned away Kyomei would reassume her earlier meditative position waiting for what was to come.

Description: The Keihatsu emits a super natural glow, one that often synchronizes with the user's own chakra. Aside from this glowing the Keihatsu bares no other physical difference from it's previous form as a Chowa.

►8 Ring Shattering: Rank: X Description: The Keihatsu's rings can separate themselves from the the staff they are attached to, they then grow up to an incredible size. Ranging up to Eight feet in diameter. The rings can be freely controlled by the wielder using the staff as a conduit to direct them. (5-Chakra Per Ring. A Total of 40 Chakra For 8: Rings must be sustained whilst in flight.) The rings are then often intended to place a target in their vacant center and contract immediately to restrict the target. If any of the rings are broken the remains turn into a ball of spiritual light and return to the staff as a normal sized ring and is placed in a temporary recovery period (1 Post). If the Keihatsu is ever disarmed all currently floating rings fall to the ground and return to their normal size. The rings can also be used in conjunction with Shakujou styles if logical. The target that meets all the criteria 1: Being A Strange Creature 2:Harboring/Portraying Violent Tendencies cannot use any of their supernatural strength, skills, or powers, and effectively are stripped of all defenses up to the rank of rings used. Sacred Detainment then drains half said X-ranks worth of Chakra each post it is sustained. When the Mantra concludes the user spins their staff allowing for one final interruption and then slams it into the ground. All eight symbols glow with light corresponding to their elements fuse together into one giant ring that appears to be an eight sectioned circle with the symbol 真 [Shin] [Purity] in the center. A unfathomably powerful blast that could decimate an entire village if fired downward from the sky shoots forward. However, the beam inflicts no harm to anyone or any structure...unless it is a strange creature, impure of heart, tainted by evil, or wishes to do harm. The technique essentially, even then, does no damage, instead, it places a feeling of tranquility on all evil or violent intentions shutting them away briefly and crossing over any wayward spirits. The option for this technique to cause mass amounts of damage and destruction is possible but is considered Taboo in all accounts and doing so would destroy the weapon and make it's wielder unfit to ever wield another Keihatsu ever again. Even then, such is only achievable by tampering with the chanters rings discreetly carving [Shi] [Death] on each ring. Which no wielder could do themselves as it would make them unfit to wield the Keihatsu. This was only discovered when a former Keihatsu user asking for purity [Shin] to be engraved on the weapon by a blacksmith was accidently replaced with [Shi] the result was labeled in history as [The Black Tragedy]. While it's mark in history was minimal and the small settlement lost wasn't noteworthy the Keihatsu's capability of destruction was discovered that day and only the most heavily versed scholars are aware of it as even many who've unlocked the Keihatsu's abilities are unaware of this. Unfortunately devout historian's because of this are incredibly suspicious of all wielders of the Keihatsu.

Kaori hissed while Nova roared in offended rage at the God's forsaken noise that the box emitted. All the glass around them seemed to disentigrate, though she wasn't aware of that immediately as it happened since her eyes were closed and she had her hands slapped over her ears in an effort to try and block out the sound. Kaori and Nova both would be lucky to hear anything after this, their ears were sensitive, Nova more so than Kaori's; though not quite as sensitive as a Wolf and their tamer would be. A cracking noise sounded just as the Kunai was thrown, loud enough to startle seasoned vetarans with its suddenness. From the ground would rise a large hand made of stone and earth, glowing with a strange veiny material. Catching the steel against its hard surface a roaring would follow from all direction that rumbled the earth before it dwindled to a keen. From the ground would erupt four monstrosities of stone, the limbs rough and chiseled in something similar to scale steel armor, the patterns spidering across their features. Humanoid in shape, with four arms each holding a bade of black iron, the constructs dropped into defensive stances of varying styles, each with visors over their face. Standing no taller than a human, they looked like nothing less than warriors of stone, one upon each of the cardinal points.
The keening dwindled to a low wail, but with it the stone hummed with a life of its own. Their silhouettes blurred, the edges undefined, almost as if somehow, they were destabilizing.

As he watched the kunai sail through the air he had to admit he was kind of glad that his friend was here. Then again every single person in the village, to him, was a friend if not family. Having dedicated so much of his life to the ideals of Ninshuu it was unthinkable for him to consider them otherwise. So when the creatures sprung forth from the ground, almost instinctively, Nari's eyes shifted from the dull mint green to the bright shining green that indicated him starting to synchronize with Choumei.
Looking over each creature in turn he saw something that concerned him greatly. Or rather it was what he did not see that concerned him. These creatures bore no chakra of their own, no internal chakra, no remnants not even the natural chakra in the environment. In all these things were unnatural. Turning his gaze upon the box he noticed something slightly different. Unlike the golems who seemed to be nothing more than a neutral state of chakra, the box was an absence of chakra, a void in the world. A wound that defied his beliefs and his religion that everything and everyone had chakra.
With deft movements his hand fell upon the hilt of the blade at his hip as he drew the slender and slightly elongated katana. Taking a low ready stance he slowed his breathing and allowed his senses to remain in the moment. Without looking to the side he began speaking,"Kaori, get the gennin out of here. Have one of them go to the gates and lock them down. Then have another head to the hospital and tell them to prepare for possible wounded. Once youve done that go find Ayame and Bast. Let them know we have contacts inside the village."
Without facing him he called out to Theo,"Dont engage unless they move. If they do, stay at range and see what you can figure out. If they move as slow as they look then I wont have a problem keeping them busy. Sound like a plan buddy?"

With the arrival of the earthen warriors this drew the line for Sadayo. Her initial thought of action states this situation is above her head and any thought of using her lightning jutsu, being without a sufficient offensive resource, made this out of the question. The same jounin who threw the kunai had grabbed Sadayo. She was urgent with the relay of demands to follow her out. Sadayo nods, ready to comply to orders. As the jounin- and the large feline- bound off for exit, Sadayo would follow with haste. A thought crossed over Sadayo as she trailed after the Jounin: huh, I was wrong, I'm taller. Not too much of a difference, though.
Once outside, the jounin elaborated on Nari's instruction on to shut the gates. The other kunoichi, Sayuri, Sadayo paid her a glance when she heard of the instruction to go to the Hospital. Best to start remembering faces now and high time someone else knew her name, so the kunoichi took words to heart about introductions and quickly introduced herself:"I understand. I'm Sadayo, by the way."She was well not to drag her informal greeting and dismissed herself with a nod. Onto the gates.

With the chiming of bells Kyomei would hear orders being administered. Her headband resting on her Shakujo although she held no status as a ninja in this village. Eyes opening at the sound of quaking earth she could meditate no longer in waiting for things to play out for it seemed whatever was happening had played its hand. Quite literally at that as she turned to see a giant hand of unknown origin rise and with it an entourage of stone warriors. Although it was likely encouraged that Kyomei was to leave she felt mayhaps her presence was necessary as she wasn't given any orders directly.
Kyomei would then shortly after clack her heels together as she took flight into the skies above in a ghostly feat safe from any other disturbances from the ground. If these beings of stone were ethereal spirits, or demons it would require her exorcism touch. Even if they weren't the white haired demon boy...despite her current inhibitions towards him and the other man. If they needed it she could provide greater strength to combat these beasts through the power of her mantras. Kyomei's barrier making itself presently known with the three floating paper dolls encircling her person. She drew two of these paper dolls and kept them at the ready. Not to aim at the formations mind you...but her allies to provide them with aid. Hopefully they would see it that way.

Ranging up to Eight feet in diameter. The rings can be freely controlled by the wielder using the staff as a conduit to direct them. (5-Chakra Per Ring. A Total of 40 Chakra For 8: Rings must be sustained whilst in flight.) The rings are then often intended to place a target in their vacant center and contract immediately to restrict the target. If any of the rings are broken the remains turn into a ball of spiritual light and return to the staff as a normal sized ring and is placed in a temporary recovery period (1 Post). If the Keihatsu is ever disarmed all currently floating rings fall to the ground and return to their normal size. The rings can also be used in conjunction with Shakujou styles if logical. Sacred Detainment then drains half said X-ranks worth of Chakra each post it is sustained. Sacred Detainment Does Work on Jinchuuriki but to a lesser extent only being treated as one X-ranked amount less and only stripping them of their [ Demon Techniques and Benefits ] equal to the amount of rings detaining them. When the Mantra concludes the user spins their staff allowing for one final interruption and then slams it into the ground. All eight symbols glow with light corresponding to their elements fuse together into one giant ring that appears to be an eight sectioned circle with the symbol 真 [Shin] [Purity] in the center. A unfathomably powerful blast that could decimate an entire village if fired downward from the sky shoots forward. However, the beam inflicts no harm to anyone or any structure...unless it is a strange creature, impure of heart, tainted by evil, or wishes to do harm. The technique essentially, even then, does no damage, instead, it places a feeling of tranquility on all evil or violent intentions shutting them away briefly and crossing over any wayward spirits. The option for this technique to cause mass amounts of damage and destruction is possible but is considered Taboo in all accounts and doing so would destroy the weapon and make it's wielder unfit to ever wield another Keihatsu ever again. Even then, such is only achievable by tampering with the chanters rings discreetly carving [Shi] [Death] on each ring. Which no wielder could do themselves as it would make them unfit to wield the Keihatsu. This was only discovered when a former Keihatsu user asking for purity [Shin] to be engraved on the weapon by a blacksmith was accidently replaced with [Shi] the result was labeled in history as [The Black Tragedy]. While it's mark in history was minimal and the small settlement lost wasn't noteworthy the Keihatsu's capability of destruction was discovered that day and only the most heavily versed scholars are aware of it as even many who've unlocked the Keihatsu's abilities are unaware of this. Unfortunately devout historian's because of this are incredibly suspicious of all wielders of the Keihatsu.

The stone figures twitched spasmodically, their edges shifting and movements blurring as if they were on the worst kind of drugs. And yet they remained still, unmoving, as the others came and went. In fact they didn't seem to respond at all when the Ichibi and Shichibi hosts appeared, indicating either they didn't seem to recognize what they were looking at, or simply didn't care. They remained relatively still in their spots as the box between them twitched, and two rods extended from its top with slow movements, extending a few inches fully with a loud snick. It then retracted with the same conclusion before the top half rotated, and twelve spokes extended two inches from the top portion, which had twisted enough that the top half was displaced to still form a strange square from above. These twelve began to glow red, as if warming up, and tiny line of smoke wafted up from their ends.
A blue fire burst into light atop one spoke, burning bright with a white core. After a moment, it leaped over to the next spoke in line, leaving behind a smoking, charred tip on the first. The creatures around it dropped into far more aggressive stances, blades at the ready, black outlines writhing against their bodies like little worms. Smoke rose from their chests as twelve lines appeared in a circle there, the center a living, enraged maw with fangs that held a strange, ghostly blue light deep within its jaws. The top spoke of the twelve, the one facing straight up, burst into blue light while the others remained solidly red.
Outside, the damage to the Academy building was apparent. Sadayo springs up, bouncing on the outer wall and higher to the roof. Up here, she could observe the extent of the damage. A ways further, Sadayo could make out the location of the room she was just shoo'ed from. She took a breath. Somehow. Sadayo lept into the hole. The damage really did scale through the other floors. Wonderful. Debris was plenty. On her decent, she reaches into her bag and takes three kunai. Reaching the ground floor, it was official she had made her return to the group. She was opposite of arching doorway which led into the hall now. "The gate is taken care of. Consider message received." She announces, while adding a shaky hand seal to conjure looping strings. With the kunai floating, she narrows her aim onto the stone warrior standing , in what would almost be, lined up with her location. She did, although, take note that the stone warriors looked a lot more anxious to jut a blade into someone's chest. Sadayo had to put trust, not only in herself, but within her comrades that death wouldn't be the first thing to greet her ambition.

As Kaori and the gennin set out to complete the tasks he had given them he given his attention returned to the beings before him. While the box was an issue, at the same time he now prioritized the golem like things at a much higher level. Their aggressive stance and the lights upon their chest made the hairs on his neck tingle, and he really did not like that. Taking a deep breath he spoke internally to Choumei,"Stand ready, weather you help me or not I have a feeling these things are not going to go down without a fight. Just remember if I die so do you." Returning his attention to the present moment he was keenly aware that one of his gennin had returned with a desire to fight.

While he was concerned for her life certainly, given his oath, he was also keenly aware of the presence of Knives which made the situation infinity more complicated.
