Seph nodded slowly. So that's the chakra source he felt out there. He took a sip of his tea. He moved to the porch and took a seat. He could see his breath, so he took it to be chilly out. "Pretty slow night, I take it."

Hah! Careful I don't tear you!
-=Neko concentrated, now forcing his chakra through the strings, pushing against Kara's own chakra as she continued to absorb his, causing a 'clog' of sorts, forcing Kara to pool his chakra inside of her. The bottom of his pants, around his shins, began to tear away, revealing a series of now-glowing tribalesque tattoos. Neko's stamina was beginning to burn, but he didn't let it show=-

She abandoned forcing the chakra through the strings and instead expelled what she couldn't handle either through the ground or as more explosive points. The barrier around the clearing flickered - not that anyone could see it, anyway - and died away.
"Careful you don't tear yourself." Kara opened her eyes again and reached one of her hands through her barrier, running it along Neko's face and up into his hair.

"Slow indeed," Reeve agrees, watching his breath crystalize as well. "It's winter, almost... it would have been almost a year..."

Seph looked at Reeve, the pain evident in his eyes. He sighed, unsure what to say to him. Not that anything that he said would help. He gave it a shot, anyway.
"I know what you're going through, Reeve. It really does pass with time, I promise."

"I..I know, but I don't want it to pass. I miss her..." He sighs, gazing wistfully out into the woods. "It all started just out there...I met her in the forest, just over there..."

The instant after he shut off his chakra, she stopped pulling it from him. Instead, the strings threw him toward the ground, out of which several chakra blades protruded, ready to 'catch' him.
She was smiling again, like she was enjoying herself. "Do you like the way I fight?"

Nyl walked onto the porch, yawning. "Good evening, you two." She noted the silence and raised an eyebrow. "Am I interrupting a serious discussion?"

-=Neko flew through the air, no chakra to assist him as he fell face-first towards the blades. He positioned his arms so they fit just between a few of the blades, and he could touch the ground. He held himself up on his fingertips as he slowed his roll, stopping where he landed, doing a pseudo-handstand as he looked at Kara, his chakra returning as he slowly released his seals, making sure to focus chakra into his arms so the blades couldn't cut him. His hair fell down behind him, a little bit of it heading to be cut by the blades=-
I do, it's very unique.

Seph nodded slowly, sighing some. He looked to Nyl and smiled at her, raising the mug. "Reeve makes good tea, too." He said, leaving her question up to Reeve to decide.

"And yet you are still uninjured. I have never faced such a challenge. You are impressive...and irresistable." She stood, retracting all of her chakra and taking a few steps toward Neko. She ran a hand across his shoulder and chest, then stepped away again. "What a compromising position in which to find yourself." She moved farther away, making one small motion with her hand.
The concentrated chakra points she had placed so very close to Neko's skin with that touch gave the smallest of jerks toward him and exploded. Kara laughed, disappearing into the forest and its shadows.

Reeve ignores the question, gazing at the woods. It wasn't a serious conversation anyway. In the eyes of his memories he can just barely see a young wolf crouched in the underbrush, staring back at him with fear and confusion in her, I mean, it's eyes.

Nyl looked between them once, then took a step backward, effectively retreating both from the conversation and into herself, dismissing her presence. They didn't really seem in the mood for company.

-=Neko jerked away at her touch, rolling on the ground, the hair on his chin being burned off as the points exploded. He watched her walk off, sighing. He would have to go all out on her, apparently. But still. What a woman. He sighed as he stood up, and looked down at his lightly tattered clothes. He did most of the damage himself, but her points didn't help matters. He walked out of the clearing, sending a bolt of chakra quickly at Kara before she left, encoded with a message=-
No students, or one of our faces might have to be scarred.
-=He picked up his belt of kunai and fastened it to his waist before trekking back towards the dojo, sealing up most of his chakra so it would regenerate quicker. He made it to the courtyard, his eyes still youkai as he replayed the events in his head, his hands shoved in his pockets=-

He put a hand on Reeve's shoulder comfortingly.
~I'm not good with words or anything when it comes to this kind of stuff.. but just know that you have someone who knows what you're going through.~
He looked back to Nyl, frowning slightly.
~What's wrong, Nyl?~
He could feel Neko approaching, and he didn't seem too happy.
