-=Neko flung out his arms, two shield-shaped panels of chakra appearing to block a few of the blades. One was beside him, and the other behind him. The rod of concentrated chakra appeared in Neko's hand again, and he flung it sideways, deflecting the remaining chakra blades as his eyes darted back to Kara=-
What happened to not scarring me?. I know it would be a pity if I had to scar your face.

Several of the concentrated chakra points formed around Neko. They were invisible and numerous, and if he tryed the standing-still trick again they'd go after him. A pool of pure chakra was also starting to gather at his feet.

"Tea would be nice." He nodded, his attention back on the chakra source he felt out in the forest. Too far to even tell who's it was. But that fact alone really narrowed the possibilities. He stood and took a step forward, off of the roof and to the ground, landing with a crouch. "Yeah.." He said, absent mindedly, blinking and shaking his head to break his concentration. "Tea."

-=Neko made a concentration seal with his left hand as he dashed towards Kara, trying to dodge whatever points he could sense, the shields acting and moving on their own, to block anything came too close to his body. He hadn't seen Kara use elements, and he was still toying around, mostly, so he decided to use only chakra techniques as well. Five small pillars of chakra formed around Kara, rushing towards her from five different directions, hopefully pinning her in place as Neko neared her=-

Another chakra-shield rose specifically around Kara. The pool of chakra that had been under Neko followed him to a point before splitting and launching itself at him - it was a net.

-=The five rods continued to press at Kara's shield as Neko leapt up and over her, slamming the chakra-sword against the shield before landing behind Kara, the net hopefully missing him. His shields were serving their purpose, detonating any chakra-bombs before they got within three feet of his body, so he wasn't too worried about running into them=-
Just full of surprises.

Reeve pours him a cup, starting to whistle again. For some reason, more and more, his thoughts returned to that girl with the sword, Alice. Meeting her felt familiar.

The net changed into a long string that followed Neko, trying to wrap around him. More of the explosing points formed, but these followed Neko closer, like heat-seeking projectiles. They'd be able to work around his shields.
Kara remained silent, sitting calmly in the middle of the clearing.

-=Neko released two more seals, up to six now. His chakra was well over what an average Kage's would be. The burst of energy that shot out was quickly refined into the end of Neko's sword, forcing it's way through Kara's shield. The swirling energy was enough to avert her chakra-string, causing it to wrap around his left arm. The shields' speed boosted a little, detonating a couple of the points, but leaving a few to hit Neko, tearing at his sweater and pants=-

The string wrapped around Neko's arm started to draw from his chakra. Kara smiled, using that extra energy to strengthen her shield.
"So pure a source..." Several strings like the first sprang from the shield, aiming also to wrap around Neko.

-=Neko's eyes opened wide. It wasn't meant to contain him at all. She wasn't showing much energy, and if that was all she had, it wasn't much at all, compared to his. Two more seals opened as a chakra forced it's way through the floodgates. Neko stopped trying to break the shield, and merely tried to overload Kara with Chakra, which should very quickly burn through her stamina, if not her flesh. Neko, through endurance training and a network of seals and limiters, was mostly unaffected by the massive surge of chakra
Neko's chakra could now easily be felt at the dojo, obviously higher than anything he normally keeps it at=-

Kara accepted most of the chakra and channeled it instantly outward, into the strings that bound Neko, in an attempt to burn him with his own power. She shut her eyes, heightening her concentration. Her brow furrowed just a bit, all her effort finally showing.
