I'd suggest simply summoning telepathically a golem from the inside, and hosting that.
Telepathic things aren't blocked by the barrier, only supressed by Mas or Zio or something, both of which are spread thin and constantly too busy worrying about something else to isolate and control a 5ft area of mundane earth about the edge of the citadel grounds.
Secondly, a spell similar to Magic Jar would transfer one's mind or essentially their 'soul' into the crafted body. This similarly would be nearly impossible to block via the barrier or any other means, lest you face a god. Mastema might supress a mind, but such a telepathic fight would require the upmost attention.
From there you simply barrage, waltz, sing, dance, or do whatever it is you wish to do within the citadel with your golem body composed of most likely earth, though air is also a suitable property, especially if you seek the stealthy approach. You face little danger of destruction, and even if such a complication arises, the destruction of this elemental body would simply send you back to the real one waiting outside the Citadel.
I'd have tried it already, except that presently none of my characters or their sub-selves are equipped to handle those types of situations or do that sort of parlor trick.
A shame really. If I had KB wandering over he'd do 50 of them in a jiffy. whee

Well I am a demi-god in a thread in called Angry Masturbation and all, but he wants me demoted because he really doesn't like me. He tried to get demoted by using completely now reason at all to demote me. He pissed me off completely that I told the owner to demote me completely since he would just completely whine until he gets his way. He is nothing but a drama llama that tries to bring up every little thing. Well I going to have fun when the dude actually posts cause he is going to get chewed out to the max.
