Jax is still OP.
And no, if built right, Rammus destroys Jax. Or Jax destroys himself.
Ball curl+Thorn-mail+my usual 500 armor on Rammus = 85% reduced damage, and 30% of Jax's normal damage bounces back and hits him. Add to that the 70 or whatever per hit that defensive ball-curl offers, and yeah, you're golden.

I made a post as a centaur and then spent 20 minutes on youtube watching Old Spice commercials.
I need something better to do. Someone post in my fight thread so I can do what KB's doing.

The reason Jax seems so good is because he's so ******** face-roll, and most people don't know how to fight him.
