I can't complain, and you?
-=Neko dug around for the tea leaves. He was sweating a bit, despite the cold air, and the lack of his normal sweater. He was wearing a skin-tight black vest, a few scrolls attached to the front of it, along with a knife and a couple of needles. The kunai on his belt were plainly visible. His back was turned to Alice as he continued to dig through the cupboards=-

"I'm wonderful!" She said, leaning back in her chair, "I don't know how I can ever repay you for letting me into this haven." She rubbed he tired eyes, then looked up at Neko. He looked hot for what he was wearing. "Were you working out or something? You look sweaty." She said, giggling a bit.

Yeah, I guess you could say that...Been doing a lot of research, and trying to get back into top shape..
And don't worry about repaying us. We're here for this kind of stuff..

Alice giggled again at Neko, then noticed how good he looked in that tight shirt. She lifted an eyebrow to him and crossed her arms, her foot tapping. "Now why do you have such a tight shirt on today? You're gonna have women jumping at you everywhere if you go walking around town like that.

I normally wear this, I just have a sweater over it...It doesn't snag on anything..
-=He chuckled a little, coming to laugh as the water began to boil, and he moved to take it off of the burner=-

"You wear that all the time...?" She asked, tilting her head a bit. She had never seen a man wear a shirt so tight. Of course, no one in her village really had much to show... She quieted down a bit as she waited for the tea, looking a down as she thought over what happened since she walked into the kitchen, putting herself down for how she acted.

Alice looked up quickly to Neko's question, then shook her head and she took her mug of tea and smiled to him, "Thank you, Neko." She then sipped it happily, enjoying that flavored hot water very much.

"No, just a village. Some of the people there used water techniques, but most of the people were farmers. the people who did use jutsus didn't let the other villagers know. The others always thought that chakra was evil, and should never be used... or something along those lines.

Alice grabbed her sword and hooked it to her back again, then grabbed her tea and walked on after Neko. "Neko, when will my first lesson be?" She asked, then took a sip of her tea as she walked up next to him, noticing how cold it was outside.

Hmm...How about right now?..
-=Neko stepped into the courtyard, and sat his mug on the edge of the fountain, which was just trickling now, due to last night's freeze. He scratched his chin thoughtfully, and came up with a test that he had almost forgotten about. He reached down to the ground, and picked up a pebble, holding it in his open palm, showing Alice=-
I've got the perfect test for you. Would you like to try?

"Okay..." She said, walking up to Neko and placing her mug down as well. She stared at the pebble, then up at Neko confused. "What am I supposed to do?" She asked, wondering if it was that, 'grab the pebble from my hands and you pass' thing.
