Yep, I'm already at stage four. I want to rank up, but oath has been inactive for seven days already. That's a week! I think we need another otokage... I'm an active guy and hates waiting!

Your ninjutsu buddy... I'm advanced weapons... Ninjutsu can't get master... you can only learn up to stage four of a style...

That only applies for Taijutsu styles which Sannin can learn up to stage 6 Im pretty sure a ninjutsu class can be master but Dark hasnt answered me on that yet, Ive not read anywhere that I cant be a master. (Yes I have searched for it, I found nothing stating I couldnt..... unless Dark can find me something to confirm our suspicions..... my suspicion being Im not lucky enough to get to master it lol)

Ungh... I envy you... I'm still a chuunin and your already a sannin... Your kage is also more active than mine... You're village is more active than mine! My village is almost dead... If I were sannin, I would of already became the master already... I think I'll transfer to leaf...

(I am really kidding, I wouldnt kill your rpc for just no reason, though it would be funny it would piss you off and be very jerk like of me. Ungh... If oath doesn't get on in the next three days, I'm leaving my village and going to mist. It's the most active village in the guild. I'm an active guy so I want to be around active people. I don't like to wait...
