By now, Darion would probably be surprised to see Quan's growth in power. They had sparred together when they were only Genin, in Grass. Now, Quan had swiftly risen to the rank of Chuunin, most probably surpassing Darion's current power.
"You want to fight? NOT in here...we just built it! Go somewhere else..."
Quan said in a heavily accented English, a bit jerky but at least he was finally making out full sentences, whereas before he could only say single words. Good enough. And if these "older boys" wanted to fight...well they can do it somewhere else, just not in here!
((If any of you are pissed that I interrupted your fight, I'm sorry...I made Quan's character so he only thinks in a straight forward way, like the child that he is. In battle though, of course that's different twisted ))

Velox came up to a building. He was excited to see the academy rebuilt. He walked in and noticed a small boy that looked like Ryugan. The boy even smelled like him. He walked up next to him. "Hello there boy. Would you happen to be related to Ryugan?"he asked with a smile.

 Regula gave the man a cold glare. He then said, "I'm his brother. Now if you'll excuse me I have to get back to training."

The Blue Fang Of The East Velox chuckled."What's with the attitude?"he asked with a raised eyebrow. He put his hand on the kid's shoulder."How's 'bout this, I teach you the three basic shinobi skills and once you become Genin I'll bring you to Ryugan's dojo. What do you say?"Velox asked with a smile. When he thought about it he always like helping others. Maybe when he became Jounin he would as the Raikage if he could become the teacher at the academy and maybe acquire a squad of his own. For now that would have to wait because Velox was no where near Jounin level yet.

Regula simply glared at him once more and then simply nodded. He was eager to become Genin and once he was he decided on training under his brother. Regula then began to speak in order to inform the older boy of what he had learn so far. "I know Henge no Jutsu. By the way my name is Regula Kaguya." Regula then slightly bowed.

The Blue Fang Of The East Velox bowed back."I'm Velox Sokuryoku. I'll be teaching you both Kawarimi no Jutsu and Bunshin no Jutsu.""Velox said with a smiled. He made a few handseals and with a puff of smoke he was replace by a chair."That was Kawarimi no Jutsu. It is use to replace yourself with another object to avoid being harmed. Here are the handseals."he said. He then slowly made the handseals for Regula to see.

Regula gave the boy a cold stare as he began to follow Velox out the academy. He would practice the new technique when they reach there destination.

Regula ran up to Kazuo. He was breathing hard and was out of breath but he managed to yell, "I'M READY TO BECOME A GENIN!"
