move any topics that are not in the right forums or need to be in a subforum
warn people not to cus
tell them how bad there spelling is (jkjkjkjkjkjkjkjkjkjk)
accept the new join requests and send them a nice note saying to post in the new members topic
and escpecially
advertise advertise advertise
encourage people to use banners
um.. and all kinds of other stuff. for free
