I understand the laziness, Meppu. I've been far too lazy myself, lately. Not a good start to the semester. Ah well.

I would just like to take a moment to point out that Brokeback mountain has now taken home Best Picture awards from both the People's Choice awards and the Golden Globes. Huzzah.
You may now return to chatting about laziness.

I tried to see that last night with a boy I've been dating but we were late so we saw Hostel instead. Awful movie.

I want to see Brokeback Mountain... but I'm not sure who'd want to see it with me. I know my fiance will come along, but he's not really interested in seeing it, so it would just be for my sake, and somehow that doesn't sound too exciting.
So Hostel sucked, Nios? I was gonna go see that soon, too.
In other news - I had my first night of my Zines class at school. It seems like it's going to be really exciting and great. Yay me.
But I spent much of the class having to pee really bad and not wanting to pick a bathroom... so that wasn't so great.

Hostel was so bad. It was an hour of female nudity and 20 minutes of gore that you didn't even really get to see.
I want a zines class!

I <3 Conan, but I don't watch much tv. Especially right now since we lost our cable. BUT the water bill was paid and I got to take a shower today, so I think it's more important that we can bathe.

What is also nice is that I finally got my fingerprints taken for my name change. What will not be nice is if they don't get there in time (because I procrastinated) and they close my case due to lack of progress... which will mean money money money to (I guess) reopen my case.
But if all goes well I will soon be getting a court date to change my name. It might not seem like a big deal to swich your middle name and your first name, but to me this is definitely big. And so good. It should be in place in time for graduation, which would mean I'd get to graduate college as... me.

All the people I was suppose to go watch Brokeback Mountain with decided to go see it with other people. Now I'm trying to coerce someone to going with me. Time to voice message everyone!
In other news, a Conservative minority government in Canada does not bode well. Firstly, because of their heavily social, political, and economic ideas and secondly I'm betting at any moment we could have our third election in three years. And I'm trying not to think about the tiny possibility of digging up the damn same-sex marriage debate yet again. stressed
