Caleb couldn't help but be a little in awe at the size of the power plant. From outside it didn't look that big of a deal, but as they went farther inside it seemed much bigger than he had anticipated.
Caleb didn't have much time to be impressed however as they were confronted by Lysander and his goons. Caleb was taken aback by the man in his black and red suit. He'd only seen this guy on television before. He was famous for owning the company that designed the Holo Casters. Obviously he wasn't all he'd seemed to be on TV. This guy was crazy! Talking about power and some weapon. Caleb couldn't help but raise an eyebrow when the legendary Kalos pokemon were mentioned. Being a Kalos native, he had of course heard of them at least a little.
He wasn't able to dwell on this information long as one of the Team Flare grunts rushed him, sending out their Mightyena. Caleb let out his Heracross. "Use Megahorn!" he ordered. The Heracross lowered his head and charged the Mightyena. The dog pokemon jumped out of the way and clamped down on the Heracross' horn. "Shake it off with Arm Thrust!" Caleb called. The Mightyena let go as the Heracross started shoving his arms at the Mightyena. The dog growled and let go, backing off a bit.
The Team Flare grunt grumbled something about bug pokemon not being fabulous enough and withdrew his Mightyena. Caleb called back his Heracross, looking up to see a Golbat heading his way. He scrambled to let out another pokemon, releasing his new Chinchou. It spotted the Golbat and jumped. "Use Electro Ball!" The Chinchou hurled an electric ball with all of it's might at the bat pokemon.
Muttering something about the world needing more beauty, the Team Flare grunt recalled his Golbat before replacing it with a Purrloin. The cat took no time in scurrying at Caleb's Chinchou and swinging it's claws at the angler. Caleb shook his head and called it back before sending out his Trapinch. She didn't seem any happier than before with her last Team Flare encounter. She slowly moved forward, confusing the Purrloin. Seeming satisfied with how close she was, the Trapinch rammed the Purrloin before clamping down on it's tail.
The Team Flare grunt whined about how great his pokemon were before recalling his Purrloin and hurrying off.

Maddy sent out Sliggoo as her opponent sent out a Houndoom.
Houndoom started the battle with Nasty Plot, thinking bad thoughts and increasing it's Special Attack.
"Muddy Water!"
Sliggoo summoned a wave of dirty water to wash over Houndoom. It dealt a decent blow and lowered the Pokémon's accuracy to boot! The devilish dog-like Pokémon retaliated with Shadow Ball, dealing a nice chunk of damage to Sliggoo thanks to it's increased Special Attack. Sliggoo was holding an Eviolite though, making her defenses rather hard to penetrate.
"Muddy Water again!"
The second wave of water hit hard, dealing a critical blow. Houndoom's accuracy did not go down any further, but the Pokémom was clearly exhausted by battle. It attempted to retaliate with a powerful Hyper Beam attack, but it's aim was off and the attack missed by a landslide.
"Finish it! Dragon Pulse!"
Sliggoo nodded towards her trainer and shot a shock wave of dragon energy from her mouth, hitting Houndoom and finishing the first round of the battle.
Maddy recalled Sliggoo and exchanged her with Fletchinder. Her opponent sent out a Larvesta. Fletchinder was the faster Pokémon and was able to move first.
"Acrobatics!"
Fletchinder flew forward, unhindered by a hold item, and dealt a powerful blow to the Bug Pokémon. Larvesta responded with Wild Charge, it's little body sparking with electricity as it tackled Fletchinder hard. The blow was powerful, dealing a large chunk of damage to Maddy's companion and even a bit of recoil damage to the opponent's.
"Finish it with Peck!"
Fletchinder flew forward and pecked hard at the smaller Pokémon, finishing the battle.
Maddy recalled her Pokémon and waited for the others to finish.

He challenged a Grunt to a battle. The thug sent out a Magcargo while Yamato sent out
Zeni.
"Finish this quick, Zeni. Use Water Gun"
He released a spiral of water at the fire snail and defeated it.
The grunt returned it and sent out a Weavile
"Come out, Char" Yamato returned his Wartortle and threw another Pokéball. The Charmander emerged
from it. The thug told his Pokémon to use Shadow Ball. The dark formed a dark ball in
shot it at its opponent. However, an attack like that could not knock Char out that easy.
"Char...since I think it is no use commanding you, just do whatever you want"
The Charmander stood back up and released a Flamethrower.Being super effective
against it, the attack knocked out the Weavile easily. The thug returned his Pokémon and sent out his new one.
"Go, Krororok"
The Ground type Pokémon stood there with a glare. Yamato recalled Char and sent out
Wani instead.
"Use Crunch" the grunt shouted
The ground type focused its energy, then its fangs became sharper and bit the Totodile. The crocodile fell on his knee, panting hard
"Wani, get up and use Aqua Tail"
Despite being in pain, the Totodile managed to stand up, then used his tail, which had
been covered with water spiral, and hit directly at the other crocodile's face, knocking it
out. The grunt returned his Pokémon and ran away

"Come on, then, fight me!" Rei spun around to face the challenger's voice. The Team Flare member sent out his first Pokémon, a Swalot. Rei grimaced.
"Alright then. Menart, whittle its health away. Dig." The Gible bit a panel off the floor and dug straight down, disappearing from view and dodging the ball of sludge the Swalot threw at it. A few more digging attacks made the Swalot weak in health, but unfortunately the Gible wasn't well-trained yet, and thus its attacks were predictable. The Swalot slammed its body down against Gible before it could be finished off by another Dig, and attempted to suffocate it using its weight and superior size. Rei recalled his Gible before it was killed by the attack.
"Eevee, take over! He's almost downed. Double Edge!" The furry little Pokémon rammed into the Swalot, dealing and taking a considerable amount of damage as a result. Eevee was a natural risk-taker, and it always got good results from a good head bash. It felled the large purple monster, which was promptly replaced by a Liepard. The large cat slashed Eevee in the face, and Eevee managed to ram itself once more before succumbing to its various wounds. Rei recalled his Eevee with a frown.
"Yami, Double Team," he called out as he tossed another Poké Ball to the ground. The Scyther immediately made its illusory images and prepared to cut out against the Liepard. The cat honed its claws in the meantime, to strengthen itself and land a decisive hit on the low-health bug. Rei wouldn't give the Liepard the chance to defeat his Pokémon, however.
"X-Scissor, now!" Scyther swiftly positioned itself to the underbelly of the cat and slashed out, ripping its underside open. It wasn't pretty. The cat was quickly recalled and replaced with a Croagunk. The fighting-poison hybrid shuddered upon looking at the Scyther, but assumed a battle pose nonetheless. Rei looked to his shoulder. His Zubat nodded, and he recalled his Scyther.
"You're right, Countess, we should save Yami's energy for now. I'm sure you can handle this. Confuse Ray, then Wing Attack." The Zubat sent out her ray and proceeded to pound the Croagunk mercilessly. It managed a few jabs in, but ultimately the aerial advantage was too great, and he promptly fainted.
Out of fighting fit Pokémon, the Team Flare grunt seemed to have lost a considerable amount of confidence.
"U-um, looks like the team is retreating. Better follow them," he muttered. He ran off before Rei could send his Zubat after him. Rei huffed.
"Punks. I'll never understand them." He turned to the Zubat. "Good job, Countess. Let's go help the rest of the team."

Once the Team Flare grunts were defeated they fled the facility, leaving Team Aqua alone in the power plant's central core.
"Well, that was easy." Maddy said, watching the grunts run away.
There was a low humming sound and the main generator came back on, the lights and power returning with it.
"It sucks that Lysandre got what he wanted from the plant. I'll do some work to figure out what he may be planning." She said, turning to her teammates. "He mentioned a weapon. We'll need to learn more."
She then sighed.
"I guess we're done then. You guys can head back to Coumarine. I need to run some errands."
With that, Maddy left via one of the hallways to the side.

Rose thanked her sylveon, then looked for her Meowth and realized she had wandered off, but she came back carrying an unused Pokeball that it had found somewhere. Rose thanked her Meowth and said it could take a good rest, and she recalled her to her Pokeball.
Then, Rose called for her Sylveon, and the pair started leaving the Power Plant to get to the Pokemon Center so that their friends could get help.

Caleb called back his Trapinch and looked at her poke ball. "We're going to have to do something about your biting everything you see..." he said. He tucked her ball safely away before heading out of the plant back to town.

Michael looked around and then looked at his pokemon. He gave a shrug and decided to follow Maddy. As he headed down the hallways his pokemon all looked at him like they were in a nightmare.

Rose waited at the Kiloude City Train Station, she had sent messages to the other members of Team Aqua about her discovery of a cool safari here in this out of the way City where many Pokemon could be observed or captured, which could not be found anywhere else in the Kalos region, at least not in the wild. It seemed a golden opportunity to her, so Rose naturally sent out an invitation to the rest of the Team, and now she was waiting to see who would show up to join her.
It was a beautiful day, too, perfect for visiting the safari, so Rose was quite excited, even if no one else showed up, their was still plenty to see, though honestly, as much as she talked the place up, about how amazing it was, she was pretty sure she'd get some people to show up. This wasn't a large city, so it was a short walk to the Safari.
The train came into the station and Rose watched as people started getting off of it, and she held up a large paper sign above her head that had 'Aqua' written on it, to get her groups attention.

Allen stepped out of the train with a sigh. Kiloude City. He hadn't spent too much time here even being from Kalos. His parents would frequent the Battle Maison and sometimes he could go to watch the battles. He noticed Rose standing outside the station and gave a small wave upon approaching, "Yo."

An ear-splitting screech awakened a dozing Rei Hikari. He jumped from his chair and rubbed his ear, wincing.
"I take it we're here, then?" he asked the source of the sound, his Zubat. She grinned and snuggled closer to his neck, under his hood. He looked out the window. He dozed off on a train ride to Kiloude City, where he was to meet up with his fellow Aquans. As he exited the train, he noticed a few familiar figures, one holding up a sign. He laughed and approached the two.
"Hello there, Rose, Allen. So this is the place for that safari I've been hearing about?"

Maddy stepped off the train as it arrived in Kiloude City. It was nice to get a break from fighting Team Flare, and she had still not seen all of Kalos yet. She seemed a little fidgety, since she was craving a smoke.
"Starting that up again was a mistake..." She mumbled to herself, pushing through the crowd towards Rose and her sign.
"What's in store for us today?" Maddy asked the girl. She nervously shoved both her hands in her pockets, fidgeting with her lighter.

Caleb hopped off the train. He couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the sign showing over past the crowd of people getting off the train. He made his way through the other passerby to the girl holding up the sign.

Rose watched as Allen, Rei, Maddy, and the Caleb approached, one by one "Thank you for coming" the station was beginning to empty out so she thought that everyone that had come was here now "This safari sounds so awesome, so I wanted to share it with the whole team" she explained, lowering her sign and rolling it up to tuck it under her arm "Please, follow me" she turned and left the Train Station, then she led the way to the Safari.
At the entrance of the Safari, five local were standing in the way "You guys can pass, but first you have to battle us" one of the locals declared confidently, the group seemed to think that they would be pushovers.
"Oh, Very well." Rose agreed
(Create first reserve posts here. These guys have 3 to 6 Pokemon with at least one evolved Pokemon. They can be as hard or as easy as you want, but make reserve posts so we can get inside)
