Afternoon all (heh i guess I should have mentioned that I was going to work this morning) but I feel great I don't feel sick anymore, still tring to get the energy level back up but I am working on that too.

personally I like leaving work early. But I dont get overtime so I hate working extra for 'free'

yeah, but than theyd have to pay us by the hour, which would cost too much with how much they work us. Just off my hours, we'll assume $7/hr which is about minimum last I knew. 12hours/day, 6day/week =72/hrs. $7x72hrs=$504 week. but than again, four hours each day of that would be overtime (assume 1.5x) (so 3.50x24=84$) 504+84=588*2(bi weekly pay)=$1176 each pay, so it would be a $400 a month pay increase for me, assuming I only got paid $7 and hour. Which for what I do on an hourly scale I would hope to be paid more. Maybe the e-1s would make minimum, but me being an e-3 would be at least 7.50 assuming 25c pay raise each rank.

Skutch In the military you're technically considered being on the job 24 hours a day. stare which is also why the cant pay by the hour. And its theoretically 20hrs/day being they have to give you at least 4 hours sleep every day. but no one really bothers with that
