Ah yes that's right, "A Christmas Story." Funny AND informative. That poor kid whose tongue got frozen to the pole. Believe me, I never tried it as a result. lol I love the mother-father feud over the lady leg lamp. ROFL

The tongue thing hurts. ^8^
But when I did it it wasnt a flag-pole (Freezer for baked goods at my old job at the grocery store.)
3nodding Loved the fued over the leg lamp, and it looked like it almost killed the dad when it was "accidently" destroyed. ^8^

Some accidents are not entirely acidents. Haha that mother HATED that lamp. lol Haha what?! You put your tongue on something frozen? I always wondered what would really happen and if it's like in the movie but I was too chicken to try. Hooray that you did it. And survived. The little brother being put in so many layers of clothes by an overprotective mother. So many layers that he couldn't walk. ROFL So many funny things in that movie.

I know, I always suspected she destroyed the lamp on purpose. ^8^ It did hurt a bit but it was I suppose like when you skin you knee it like takes a bit of the surface skin off when you do it. (Part of my tongue had no tase for a whiloe till the taste buds grew back.) 3nodding The kid was so bundled up he couldnt even walk without help, make me think of the Stay-Puffed Marshmello-Man

I'm pretty sure the mom destroyed the lamp on purpose. Even if her intention only came from her subconscious.
Awww your poor frozen tongue. It's a good thing your taste buds came back. Tasting is one of life's great pleasures.
Hehe YES!!! The poor kid definitely looked like the Marshmallow Man.
Of all the mishaps, one of the biggest was when the dogs got in and stole the holiday dinner and the family had to eat out at a Chinese restaurant.
I can't wait til they start airing this movie again. lol

Yup sad for them in a way. But my family had pretty much all their holiday dinners at Chinese restaurants so it seemed kinda normal to me. Uh oh now I'm craving an egg roll. lol
