I've already read over 200 pages on Chinese history alone in the last week because I felt like reading rather than thinking. whee
Hopefully this updated mod I downloaded is better than the older version. Last time it crashed after 5 minutes, although I was annoyed at it already because the US didn't want to be my friend and Britain broke my alliance. stare That's like being betrayed by your own brother and father. crying

The funny thing is those 200 pages of Chinese History have covered like only 3 weeks of the course, while the 75 pages I read for my Canadian History class pretty much has me caught up for half the semester. xd
The question will be who to eliminate first. ninja

I just think that it's because they have such a long history, 4000 years worth of it. My class only covers the last 150-200 years.
If the US doesn't become my friend, I'm taking Alaska. I always thought Canada would look better if the true north was strong and free. wink

It also helps that I have a roommate from China, so I can bother them with whatever questions I have about China. razz
OMG, that reminds me. There's this Russian guy in my creative writing class and he actually said, "In Soviet Russia" at one point in the class and I nearly had a nerdgasm. xd It sounds so much cooler with an authentic Russian accent. razz

Aww that is pretty cool, I learned a couple chinese words from my bosses at work XD I soo wish I could speak it!

Mandarin or Cantonese, as the Chinese languages are called, would be so difficult to learn. It requires and entirely different alphabet with all those characters. sweatdrop

I once tried learning Japanese and Korean. Those were easier than Chinese. 3nodding
