Her smile changes just slightly, her voice is dry but starting to sound better, "I'll do what I can to assist you and your guards. It may be a bit. . .difficult though." She doesn't come right out and say anything, she allows for speculation until someone comes out and asks her. A delicate hand raises up to brush a bit of hair out of her face that had started to make her nose itch.

The man couldn't help but grin at the sound of Shade's voice, even though he was out cold. "Oh come now, I was only teasing." he said as he lightly sat down next to hope. "Seems you've gotten yourself into quite a mess.." he said while chuckling. "And I thought you had agreed you would take care of the young lady? It seems she is in just as bad a condition as you are, if not worse." he nodded, making his earrings jingle. "But other than that, you've managed to keep her and most of your people alive. Impressive." he said while one of his hands moved to stroke at his chin as he watched Shade with those buring purple eyes of his. He blinked when someone addressed him and turned his head to look at the man. "Who, me?" he asked innocently while pointing to himself. "Why I'm Xavier." he said while giving him a pleasant smile before he laid down on his back. "So, how did you manage to drag yourself into this mess?" he asked Shade while looking up towards the sky.

Jack walks around the deck of the ship looking for things that needed to be done. It didn't take long to find something. A ship is always in a constant state of breaking down and being repaired. He quickly gets to work.

"Hmm..I see." he said before rolling onto his side to face Hope and Shade. "Do you think you can move soon? I doubt it's a good idea to keep your people sitting around where Twilight's monsters could be nearby.." he said before stretching and laying down on his back once more. "And who's this fellow?" he asked while pointing at Frensa, looking curious. "Was he always here? I don't remember seeing him before." Xavier lightly twirled a piece of his long hair around one of his fingers.
(You've never been to an IHop? It's basically a big pancake shop.)

The man seemed to know both Shade and Hope. He then pointed to Frensa and asked who he was.
"My names Frensa I was in hiding from Twilight when I stumbled upon Shade and his group. I believe I came just in time. Pleased to meet you Xavier."
