Ghost sighed, turning his head to Kipcha. "No, she shouldn't. I'm going to talk to her about that when she gets back." He turned back to Casper and Dreamcloud. "It's true, you two didn't go alone, but next time it would be nice to know you're going off somewhere instead of having us worrying." He said as kindly as he could while still being firm.
Evander snorted and turned his head towards the mountains. He could sense something was wrong. "Ghost?" He said, still staring at the cliffs.
Ghost's ears flickered back to Evander. "Hm?" he replied, his eyes still on Casper and Dreamcloud.
Evander began to walk in the direction of the mounatins. "I'm going to find Diamond. Something seems wrong..." He said, then was gone, flying with immense speed over the plains. When he reached the mountain's cliff, He saw Diamond with an unknown stallion.

The stallion stoped in his tracks and looked at Evander. He stood his ground and stamped his hoof holding his head high before trotting back deeper into the mountains.

(Oh my bad, I didn't see your last one, I was typing when you posted. xD ))
Evander watched the bay stallion leave, his teeth bared and he approached Diamond. He lowered his head to her and sniffed her. "Diamond? Diamond? You okay?" He asked her, blowing hot air onto her.

Kipcha snorted, "Don't be too hard on them, or Diamond. I'm sure they have their reasons for wandering off and it's nice to have them back safe and sound. Though I agree that both of you need to tell us next time." She nuzzled Ghost and watched Evander fly off to find Diamond.

Diamond shaked and shiver. "T-h-e l-i-o-n try-e-d to a-t-t-a-ck m-e." She sturdered. Her eyes where still closed and was shaking.

*Dreamcloud glanced at Casper, who was keeping an eye on his dam. He had never seen her so ill and never belived she could even become ill, she was always so healthy and happy. He had grown completely independant and no longer needed her for anything but still felt a close attatchment to her, being the only reason he was even alive.*
*Freebird began to breathe a bit heavier now, she turned her head away from the other horses, still laying down and vomited, nothing but stomach acids and bile came up, there was nothing in her stomach.*

Kipcha swivled her ears around and turned. "Freebird!" She stepped over to the mare and nuzzled her. "What is wrong? Do you know?" She spoke to her softly, very worried about the mare. During their time together the two had become strong friends and she hated to see Freebird in pain. "Is there any thing I can get you?"

*Freebird shivered a bit, though she wasnt cold, she then laid her head on the ground, away from the mess.*

Kipcha looked uneasily at Ghost. She lowered her head and started to groom Freebird.

Evander sighed and laid down next to her to warm her. He knew his body heat was enough to warm her quickly. "Come on...we need to get back." he told her quietly. "Ghost's worried." He told her.
Ghost smiled. "I wasn't planning on being hard on them." he told Kipcha. He suddenly grew alarmed when Freebird vomited and he trotted to her side again. He looked her over, very worried and returned Kipcha's uneasy glance. 'Please..please don't let her insides by twisted...' He thought to himself. He lowered his head to her. "Freebird...describe the pain in your stomach." He said, a worried look on his face.
((I decided to not say colic, I doubt he would know what the condition is called. OH, and I'm leaving for Florida tomorrow, I'll be gone for a week or so. I doubt I'll be able to get on at all, but if I do, it won't be for long. Don't expect me to post for at least week. biggrin ))

((I can say for sure it's not colic...I don't really understand what that is, anyways))
*Freebird thought, but she didnt put much concentration into it, she was too distracted by the feeling of impending doom and death. She began to panic, looking around at the herd and lingering last on her own flesh and blood, he was no longer a colt, she could see but he was her first and last foal, she knew very well she wouldent be around much longer for anything let alone another foal. She rolled over onto her side and laid her head on the ground, not wanting to move.*

Diamond nodded her head as she stopped shivering. She gently got up resting her head on Evander as she tried to walk slowly. Her legs where shivering but not from coldness but from fear. Diamond looked deeper in the woods, but did not see the stallion that had saved her life. She sighed and reasted her head back on Evander.

((Alright, just thought it was a possibility that what's it might be. xD ))
Evander walked with Diamond back down the mountain. When they finally reached the herd, he looked over at Freebird, saddness in his eyes. He approached her and the others, he could sense she wasn't going to last much longer.
Ghost looked up at Casper and motioned for him to come over to his mother. He looked back down at Freebird. She looked sick, he could see it in her eyes.
((I'm leaving for Florida today, this is my last post for a week or so.))
