A young man walks towards the castles. His head was bowed with pitch black hair obscurring his vision. His hand burried deep in his black jean pockets. Pale skin glowing in the moonlight as he walks towards the castle doors. His left hand reaches out to push the door forward.
Black boots land soundlessly on the cold, stone floor. He continues walking down long corridors and up countless flights of stairs. As the young man stops by a window, sharp canines show through his smirk.
"Why'd I come here anyway? It's just another piontless coven. I'll probably leave soon anyway."
Bright green eyes shine in the darkness as he continues on his way.
"Might as well have my fun while I'm here"

The vampire continued ascending the staircase at the end of the east wing of the castle. Eventually, he reached the landing which led to the small room at the top of the tower. Moving to one of the windows, he looked out across the castle grounds.
The emerald eyes closed as he breathed in the night air deeply. He could feel the thoughts of all nocturnal creatures as if they were his own. He could sense the other vampires nearby, in that very castle. As he cleared his mind of the thoughts belonging to others, memories tried to claw at the doors of his mind. He forced them back into submission.

Oemmeki turned right down a hallway that had the usual pixie lights on the walls, and then she took another right which lead her up a flight of stairs. Stairs she had never been up before. She looked around as she accended the stairs, wanting to see something unusual or different that she hadn't yet seen in the castle. She was always on the lookout for new things she had never seen, wheather in the castle or in the real world.
While on the steps she passed a painting of a mermaid who was sitting on a smooth, dark rock, and her long bluish hair hung over her shoulders and down her back, almost to her bottom. Her tail hung off the rock and it was actually moving and flopping on the watter. The mermaid was humming as her head tilted back and forth. Oemmeki stopped to look at this beautiful painting that was actualy moving; she had never seen anything like it. After a few minutes Oemmeki continued assending the stairs, humming the same tune as the mermaid with a small smile on her face.

A young human girl entered the castle. She shyly began to wander the stone halls with growing dread, seeking the tenant of the grand palace to ask for shelter from the feral elements.
"Hello?" she asked, her voice sounding hollow as it echoed through the winding passages...

Oemmeki stopped in her tracks as she was assending the stairs. "That voice doesn't sound familiar..." she said as she turned around and looked down the stairs, one hand on the wall. "Hello?" Oemmeki bellowed back with a little chuckle. She thought it would be funny if they stated talking like this: yelling throughout the whole castle. She would'nt do that though, she wouldn't want to disturb the others.
Oemmeki slowely began to decend the steps, passing the mermaid painting with a glance as she did so.

Startled by the sudden noise, the girl dropped an oversized scroll from her back. She cringed at the loud racket her clumsiness had caused. After taking a breath to calm herself, she grabed her scroll and turned to the nearer voice she had heard.
"I'm so sorry... you snuck up on me..." she said softly with a tiny bow.

Oemmeki stopped going down the steps and turned sideways, ready to head back up again. No one was answering so she figured she had just heard things. 'But why would I just hear the word "hello"? I mean, we all just came here randomly so there could be someone else here...' she thought, but then she shrugged and headed back up the stairs, passing the mermaid painting yet again. "Anyway, if I wasn't imagining it someone else was bound to hear the call and go to see what's up." she mumbled as she trailed a hand along the wall as she continued stepping.

"So, you're not the owner? Then who is...?"
Still wondering about the other voice she had heard, the girl adjusted the scroll and a look of concentration passed over her soft features. As if by it own will, the scroll unfurled and streaked across the maze-like corridors, seaking out the voice's source.
"Maybe this will lead us to the owner..." she said to her new companion.

Oemmeki finaly came upon a landing, it looked like the top of a tower but there was two doors on either side of the tower. She walked up to the door that was on the right side of the tower and looked at it: it looked like a regular, tall, wooden door. But the grooves on it had some kind of black liquid flowing along them, yet when she touched the liquid it didn't get on her. Oemmeki traced her fingers along the grooves yet again and then looked at her fingers: nothing. She shrugged and went to the other door. It was the same type of door, tall and wooden. Just like the other door, too, it had a type of liquid flowing along it, but this time it wasn't in the grooves and it wasn't black. The liquid was running all along the door in an almost neon green color and it was drawing shapes and such. Oemmeki stood up straight after she had been stooping to observe the markings more, and then went and stood in the middle of the landing, looking at each door. She didn't know which one to go in, or wheather it was even safe to enter them.
