Attention all guards and police personal, it appears we have a case on us. Apparantly the governer is apparantly going out of his authority to break out cell mates for his own personal gain. We'll send 2 factions with a warrant for his arrest right now. Lopez and Miranda, get off your asses, assemble your teams and get to city hall. The rest of you, get up and re-assemble any wandering prisoners. I saw 3 by the gates, the minors from tonight. The gates are closed, but make sure they don't do anything rash. Inmates do weird things ya know. And ignore all badges from the governer, those are null and void as of now.
