Irene was nervous as hell when he left. "There's a place only a few miles away? That might be it. Is it an elf town?"
A guard answered the door and his expression turned grim. "What are you doing here?"

The guards thought that he was the one who had her, so four of them surrounded him, spears aimed at him. But then Irene's sister came in. "Guards, put down your weapons!" The guards hesitated, but they backed up and put their weapons down as Mariah approached him. "You know where my sister is? Please, come in. Make yourself comfortable."

Kanoshi didn't say anything about him being her godfather. The king and Irenes sister still didn't know. He walked inside quietly. "Yes i do. in fact she is in the desert." Kanoshi said. "She is hiding in a cave. I don't know which cave but she is in one."

Mariah let him in and had the guards leave to get her father. "Hiding? Why is she hiding? And in a cave?"

The king came in, and slowed when he saw Kanoshi there. "So... You know where my daughter is now? Tell me everything you know Kanoshi." Mariah looked a bit confused. "Daddy, you know him?"
Irene nodded. "Alright then. The sooner I deliver this the better."

"Yes he does." Kanoshi awnsered for him. "And she is in the desert. Somewhere in a cave. I dont know why she would choose a cave to hide in and i don't know which cave it is, but she is there.
