Irene didn't know any of the ways of anything but hersef, but she heard what Linka said barely. Irene looked over to her, trying to think of something to say.

In the distance, Irene saw what looked to be a small town. Things were quiet now, but she knew the man had to be here by now. "There's the town! He must be here, I know it!"

Irene ran to the town, keeping her eyes open for the guy. This town looked happy, filled with people. But there wasn't any actual human far as Iree could tell. She was starting to feel like the only actual human left. But she shrugged that off and looked for the man with the same last name.

Irene didn't slow her pace. Finally, in the crowd she saw him and stopped. He looked so serious. Not cracking a smile. But he wasn't stirring anything up either... What was he doing? Irene got curious, but knew it was him.

Linka snapped from her trance-like state when the voice of another, distant, was heard shouting.
