Ah, just as Remy knew it would turn out once his new friend learned of Aurora's true gender. But to go on into the deflowering comment? This was too good. In any case, the genie kept relatively quiet, his feigned expressions overly dramatic. From shock, to disgust, to hurt. He'd occasionally throw in a comment. Being born a male- "Oh, but I'm sure you'd be dashing in a dress no matter the gender." The idiot who didn't knock- "I wonder who that could be?"

"See? I told you, just like a crazy, hungry animal," Remy stated, looking over his shoulder to the stunned Jack.

But once Aurora's eyes were back on him, he stood in a mock stance of attention. That is, until the previously feared threat was once again dug up. He drooped slightly. "Honestly, you're sounding as if you're my mother.. In that case," he added, turning around and wiggling his butt at the prince. "Maybe a spanking is in order to get your point through." He couldn't help but snicker.

Even in the short amount of time he had gotten to know Aurora, he had seen him get angry a lot. But this.. this was definitely one of the most top ranking outbursts. For once, he wasn't taken too aback, though. He could see this one coming from the second he heard the door open. Half listening, half concentrating on freeing his last couple limbs from the winded sheets, Nic finally was able to get up. He still felt rather humiliated, even effects from Celestine's entrance into the room. But poor Aurora. Even if one saw him this moment and thought him heartless, the knight believed he only needed some comfort.

Coming up close behind the prince, Nic placed his hands on the back of his shoulders and gave them a gentle squeeze. This was one of the first times he felt confident enough to commit such an act without getting his head bitten off. Hopefully Aurora's rage wouldn't suddenly turn to him, but.. he truly didn't think it would. Leaning down, he said softly in his ear, "Hey, forget it. Let's just go get some breakfast. Don't let them ruin a good morning."

Of course, a simple apology was not nearly enough -- and besides Jack, Remy was the real problem. At least Jack knew he had done wrong. Amethyst eyes narrowed distastefully at the djinn's incredibly childish and rude actions. Remy's little comments were most deffinately not helping the prince's disposition, either. It was like throwing a stick of lit dynamite into a room that had been drenched in kerosene.

Words seemed, at least for a moment, to escape the enraged teen as he seemed to almost visibly swell with seething. But then he felt a hand on his shoulder. Genuine suprise showed clearly on his features as he glanced back at the knight, his anger lost, at least for the moment. He frowned slightly, looking almost as if he were about to argue, and then shrugged. "I suppose it's not really worth my time to yell at someone who so obviously will never change. Besides, if I find him to be too unruly then we can just send him off to his lamp," Aurora replied, a deceivingly bright smile worn carelessly upon his lips.

((The Importance of Being Ernest! <3))

Though only having actually encountered the young, blonde prince that single time, Algernon had expected his mother to act slightly more... sane. Yes, while she may have been put under his spell, what he assumed to be her true personality quirks still managed to break through. After all, he never saw his hypnosis have this type of effect before. But then again, this could prove to be quite the perk. He didn't want Celestine acting so terribly different, most especially around her family. So, taking a deep, mind-steadying breath, he removed his hand as advised.

The queen's hesistation had the elf's eyes shooting sharply to her. No way was his spell already wearing off!! But seeing that glazed look return to her, Algernon shook his head. Perhaps just a small bump in the road. No chance would it happen again.. "Yes, my union with your Aurora," he repeated insistantly. "It must be done soon. We should finish the preparations. Now.. I understand Princess Aurora might be nervous about tonight and may try to back out of it, even despite all your lovely planning. You and the king must insist on going through with it, however. Aurora and I truly are in love, and we would both end up regretting not doing this now."

((lol yeah. xD ))

Celestine nodded, her usual bright smile returning to her lips. "Young love is such a wonderful thing. Fortunately, my lovely Handsome and I haven't had to give it up yet!" he exclaimed happily, giving a girlish laugh at the end. Truly, she looked as if she could be no older than sixteen -- it was unbelievable just how old she truly was. "Fortunately, almost everything is done. The cake is nearly finished and the decorations are up -- I redecorated the entirety of the bottom floor to suit the wedding, as well as preparing a honeymoon suite...." Celestine continued to ramble aimlessly about the many wonderfully extravagant things that she had prepared just for this special occasion -- everything down to the way the boys and ribbons on the banisters had been laid carefully in just exactly the perfect place -- as she led the other down various hallways.

When, at last, she stopped, she gave the psuedo-prince a beamingly bright smile and then pushed him through an open door. "No, do get ready, won't you dear?" she said brightly, saphire eyes gleaming. "After all, the broom must also be prepared in order for a wedding to take place. Emily?" she called. "Emily, please prepare Ernest for the wedding today." A small, quite adorable-looking maid-type nodded, smiled, and curtseyed before she led the now dubbed "Ernest" into the room.

"Time to get fitted!"

Jack finally stood up strait again. "I...guess I'll be going now." Jack said nervously. What if he offended the princess with that somehow, since the prince was so damn touchy. He bowed once more and turned to leave. Just before he was out of the room, he stopped. "Remy, are you coming? I think you should leave the prince some time alone to cool down..." he said.

If anything, Remy didn't like Aurora using his threats with a smile on his face. Anger the genie could handle, but when the prince acted like he was having fun with the idea of tormenting him, that's when he knew to back off. Pouting just like the child Aurora was claiming him to be, Remy slumped his shoulders with a sigh. In any case, the blonde was right on one thing. He undoubtedly would never change. He may tone down on the teasing or earn more respect for those around him, but as a whole, Remy would remain the same.

"That would take a life time," he replied to Jack, following him out of the room without waiting to see if Aurora would send anymore threatening comments his way. Shutting the door quickly behind him, Remy's head rolled back on his neck. "I tried to warn you."

"It's okay." Jack replied. "I heard him yelling before I entered the room. I was the one who decided to go in anyway. I couldn't leave you to face the lion yourself." he said, winking at Remy. "Now tell me..." he said, quieting down to a whisper. "Where do they keep your lamp?" he asked.

Nic returned Aurora's smile with an encouraging one of his own. He was yet to feel any sympathy for Remy. While he couldn't openly hold the queen in contempt for walking in on them(though, technically, they were doing nothing wrong), he could place all the blame that he wanted on the djinn. But it seemed Aurora could take care of the little blaming part quite nicely himself.

"Exactly. Don't bother even wasting your breath," Nic said, giving the prince's shoulder a pat. Admittedly, the knight was nearly ecstatic and highly pleased with himself that Aurora's anger hadn't turned on him. It even seemed to dissipate with his suggestion. Once the door shut, Nic shook his head. "I know I've always had pretty bad luck in my life before, but I must admit, it's never reached heights like these until I met you," he said, tone obviously joking with him. "Even yet, there never seems to be a dull moment when you're around.. That's one of the things I like about you, I guess."

Nic really was a rare man -- one of the only people who could calm the prince, who the prince would actually listen to. Hugh was like that for Aurora -- at least some of the time -- as were Mims, Flora and Mint (though the latter two were more likely to add to the flame before they extinguished it). The blond, though he was obviously still rather mad from the way his hands kept curling and uncurling, was doing his best to forget his anger. A small, breezy smile formed on his lips as the other spoke and he shrugged slowly in response.

"Hah, well, I've had far worse than this. Try getting cursed on your sixteenth birthday and then you'll see just how unlucky things can get!" he exclaimed, a bit of a laugh leaving his lips. It wasn't an unpleasant laugh, but it was decidedly more on the sarcastic side. The subject was still quite touchy for the prince, particularly as they had yet to find any way to reverse the curse. It was much easier to reverse spells gone right than it was for spells gone wrong as one had to cross out into the unknown and formulate completely knew counterspells based on the screwups of the original spell. Of course, Aurora himself understood none of this as he himself had absolutely zero capacity for magic, but he did understand that there was as of yet no cure for his condition.

With each listed detail, Algernon gave a patient, nod. He was hardly listening, not caring at all for a ceremony. After all, it was only Aurora he wanted. Not some traditional life-bond. The prince, through his eyes, was a possession. A goal to be reached. But by going through this, he hoped to be making things easier. Luring young Aurora to him, alone. He didn't want to deal with distractions; Fairies, knights, and opposing magic. Not like the last time. No, this time was flawless..

Almost surprised by being pushed into a new room, having been so delved into his world of schemes, Algernon looked down on the maid. He wasn't expecting this, but he supposed it must be done. "Very well," he sighed, shedding an expensive looking overcoat and laying it across a chair. "Do what you will with me." His arms raised out to the sides as a sign he was ready to be measured or whatever it was this girl was going to do.

"Oh, Sir, don't say that," Emily replied sweetly. "That's a very dangerous thing to say in this castle," she said as she took out the measuring tape. As to why it was dangerous, she would leave that up to the other's imagination but it was more than likely that the psuedo-prince would get the implication. "And, sir, though you likely do not care, my real name is Celia. However, I've changed it to Emily to humor M'lady. She's very fond of the letter 'e' at the moment."

Celia was an expert -- extremely deft with the tape she took measurements without assistance (though this was likely due to the fact that instead of holding the tape she was instead directing it with movements of her right index fingers). "Alright, that's you measured up...." she said, directing the tap back into its box with a wave of her finger. "Now for the tailoring..." She turned to the closet, gestured, and a wonderfully prepared suit flew out the now open door. She took it in hand, traced some numbers into various places with the tip of her index finger, and then waited as the suit tailored itself.

"There... that should be good. Now, if you could please try this on for size," she intsructed, her voice highly business-like as she held the garments out for the other.

"Aw, how terribly sweet," Remy said. "I suppose we're even now. I save you once, and now you came to my rescue and stole back your title of the knight.. I guess that makes me the damsel!" Remy batted his eyelashes and placed the back of his hand on his forehead as if a swooning woman. "Hm.. I don't think I'd make a very attractive woman, though," he mused. "Lucious curves aren't really my thing."

But with the question, Remy was put slightly off guard. Jack was really serious about this, wasn't he? "Last I knew, in the lion's den," the djinn replied, tapping Aurora's door with the pad of his finger soft enough to not be heard. "What do you plan to do?"

"Came and went without serious consequence, thankfully," Nic said after the sixteenth birthday comment, matching Aurora's smile. "Some scrapes and bruises maybe, but nothing quite as serious as a curse. Though I did get this nasty splinter once in-.. Well, I doubt you'd want to know where exactly I got it, but I thought I was going to just die, if that counts for anything." The short-lived memory brought forth wincing laughter with rememberance.

"So, I suppose we should get cleaned up," Nic said, before a he took on a slightly embarassed facade. "Would you mind if I used your bath? I'm sure I'm not looking or smelling my best right now." In fact, he hadn't had a chance to bathe for awhile. At least not since he had met Aurora. And he had been through so much since that small chunk of time! Surely if the prince was a colder sort(toward the knight, that is) he would have been reprimanded for his dirtied appearance.

Jack smiled at the damsel impersonation. "Well, your eyes would definitely distract from your lack of curves." he said. As for the lion's den...I haven't got a clue..." he added. He thought hard on what to do to get in and out of there without the prince or the other knight stopping him. He couldn't possibly try to flirt with the beast of a prince, or the other knight for that matter after what had just happened. The prince would probably bite his head off if he even spoke to him, and the other guy simply liked the prince, from what he saw.

Jack thought for a moment more, then came to a rather troublesome conclusion. "I will have to scale the outer wall tonight and enter while they are not in there, or asleep." he whispered in Remy's ear. "I'll also have to ditch my armor to avoid possibility of any noisy clinks." he said thoughtfully. "But all of that is for later. For now, we should probably get away from their door."
