Appearance: Black ears sit atop her head, and a long black tail trails after her. Her large black eyes can, in turn, be full of innocence or age beyond knowing. Pale of skin, and slim of figure at 5'4, her long raven black hair reaches just above her knees if she allows it to hang free.

Other info/ background: When she woke up one morning to find her clan had abandoned her. She knew being a black cat was bad luck for those she stayed with, but she never thought they'd do such a thing. To survive she was a street urchin who became a prostitute, and eventually the mistress of a local D&S brothel.

Apperence: Crimson locks spill down around a gentle and fair skinned face and continue down over soft shoulders covered in a blue shirt with a low cut neckline revealing a black undershirt. Her pants were of an identicle color and similar material to her over shirt and they were just long enough to hide her feet. She has soft blue eyes and bear a striking resemblance to her clothing, though not quite a perfect match. She wears a silver circlet on her head thats really only exposed on her forhead.

Telepathy: Can either establish a two way link between herself and another or can send one way messages to another person.
Telekenisis: Strongest mental power Rinoa posesses and has many useful applications beyond simply lifting and moving objects from one point to another without physical contact. Inertial Armor Rinoa can create a barrier of Telekinetic force slowing and stopping objects relatively quickly while in this field, ranged weapons are most prone to this effect, however melee weapons are also greatly effected as well. Touchsight Through a similar application of telekinetic force as Intertial Armor, Rinoa can feel things around her within this field, but unlike Interial Armor it's a very weak field and there for doesnt hamper anything caught within it. Concussion She can focus her telekenisis into a concentrated burst with intensity ranging from just a small nudge of a hand to being hit by a train, also the area of which it hits can also be increased or decreased.
Teleportation: Aside from standard teleportation, Rinoa also possesses a few other useful applications of this ability. Recall: Rinoa can teleport any unattended item she can see to her or even with her if she's teleporting as well. Dimention Swap: Rinoa can trade places with someone else that she can see, teleporting them to her place and her to thier place in an instance, however this ability can also be used simply to summon someone to her if necissary.
Empathy: Rinoa's empathy is possibly one of her most unique abilities. It's standard use is simply reading another persons surface emotions which is noninvasive because surface emotions are projected unlike others. Empathic Projection: Rinoa can project emotions to people around her be it one or many people and with proper focus can greatly sway an individual one way or another especially if unprepared. Empathic Transfer: By touching someone wounds from the other can be transfered to Rinoa or viceversa. There is still one more facet to Rinoa's empathy that will be revealed later with story.
Other info/ backround: A lonely young woman since her early teens, she rarely has found a place she can settle in for long before she's driven from town for her 'gifts'. People typically fear what they dont understand, what they cant explain. Rinoa is one that few people can explain. Despite the fact that she's such a sweet young lady, ordinary folk fear her abilities greatly and unjustly for thier misunderstandings of it's nature.

Appearance:

At a formidable 5 foot nothing, Luci doesn't look to be much more than a silly goth kid. She has a large amount of perfectly purple hair that she usually keeps in tight banana curls, pale skin, and small hands. She's curvacious - about 135 pounds - rather than the usual stick-thin trollop, though wears enough clothing to cover most of her body, including gloves. Scars covers mostly the entirity of her body due to her powers, but the most noticable is the deep gash scar that spans her face slantways and her missing blood-red eye. She's usually spotted in black, red, and/or white, and in an eyepatch - 'civilized' society doesn't seem to enjoy eyeless sockets.. and the hole likes to bleed every now and again.

--> Chainsaw mania A scary, screaming attack featuring the lovely Delilah the Chainsaw. This attack doesn't happen often at all, only when Luci has gone freakin' psycho.
--> Sanguine Sorcery Luci's most utilized technique taught to her by a merciful demigod. She makes a small incision anywhere on her body - if not already bleeding - either with her teeth or the sharpened silver disk that dangles from her collar and controls the blood into many shapes and persuasions. She can form it into blades - like palpable swords, axes, knives - shields, needle-like streams viable for piercing or lock-picking. The duration of her powers depends on the strain she puts on herself and the amount of blood she uses at a time, so she could be fighting for hours or 20 minutes.
--> Leech Luci can cut another person, either with blood or physical tools, and take their blood from them to use or to strengthen herself with, unless the person is blessed by a priest, soaked in holy water, or fights with God's direct protection.
--> Heightened Sensitivities Being a demoness, Luci can see better in the dark than in the light. She isn't hurt immediately by heat or fire but is extremely sensitive to holy water and can sustain third degree burns from it. She can smell and hear a bit more than the average human, being a low grade demon. None the less, she has superior strength, speed, and agility. Certain things like strength, sight, and hearing can be heightened with the consumption of blood, which makes her powers stronger and replenishes them.
--> Possession Either by pure will or the help of a hex, Luci can possess another being for a short being of time. Depending on the person's realization of the situation, Luci could have their body for any time between 20 minutes to two days. After a couple days, her power has weakened or she has grown bored. Her own body continues to live and move while her spirit inhabits another. It can perform basic functions like eating, walking, breathing, sleeping, and small amounts of speech. When using the hex circle, Luci usually draws it in blood, whether her own or the person's she is possessing, or water, on a smooth surface. She can also inhabit corpses, which she can stay in longer due to that their spirit has passed on and there's nothing fighting to take the body back over, though cadavers usually can't sustain her inhabitance for more than three or four days.
--> Short range teleportation Luci can teleport or phase in and out of locations, though only in the same plane of existance. She cannot time jump.

Other info/ background:

Luci was usually the runt of the pack back in the Underworld. She got herself into trouble she couldn't quite defend against at the time. The first major scar, the one across her face, came to be when she was about 200 - about 12 in human years. She got into a fight with a demigod who, instead of killing her, scarred her and taught her how to use her own blood as a weapon. About 200 years later (15-ish), she got caught up in a rather rowdy fight that turned into a rather.. unsavory ordeal - this is when she lost her eye. Though 50 years later she found someone wearing it as a trophy and.. un-manned him, but unfortunately the damage was too great at the time to reattach it. She then was allowed to pass through realms and to other worlds.
Luci doesn't exactly enjoy fighting since she tends to lose. She's rowdy and likes to drink and flirt, but she usually keeps to herself otherwise.
