Elainejoy Red_Death_Stalking There's that one episode of Family Guy, "Deep Throats", where Peter makes a reference to the phantom of the opera, and yells at him to take off his mask. Oh yeah! He said something like "You better have a pig nose!" XD
In response to the dissapointment of the 2004 movie disfigurement I'm sure xd

I'm positive I saw that episode way before they started making new episodes. *shrugs* If RDS is right about what episode the reference is in, "Deep Throats" was aired in April 2006. I'll probably check it out s'more...later. XP (too lazy right now)

In relations to Adult Swim, did anyone catch that Aqua teen hunger force episode, "Super Model"?
As Frylock dresses up as a fireman to impress his internet date, Meatwad gives him the phantom mask. He said something like "Just say your face got burned in a fire" xd

Did anyone see Spiderman 3 yet? Well, just in case you haven't, I'll put the Phantom reference in white, as its a plot spoiler (kinda).
Here ---> After Harry gets blasted by his little bomb-thingy, his face is half-burned. He totally looks like a ALW phantom. I was waiting for him to add a cape and mask to his green Goblin costume XD

Here ---> After Harry gets blasted by his little bomb-thingy, his face is half-burned. He totally looks like a ALW phantom. I was waiting for him to add a cape and mask to his green Goblin costume XD *GASPS* That's what I thought when they showed his face in the commercial. XD

My friend bought me a pin over the weekend because it said it reminded her of me, and when she gave it to me this morning it was an Angel of Music pin. I was like, *gasp!* PHANTOM! .. (:

I was reading of Gary Paulsen's 'Foxman' (he's the guy who wrote 'Hatchet' and 'Brian's Winter' and that stuff) and it dude who lives in the middle of the woods, wears a black mask that covers everything but his eyes, has no nose, and was horribly disfigured. He's also really nice. ^^
I picked up the book, looked at the back, where they had an excerpt from the book and went 'Omg, he has no nose? Horrible disfigurement? Me read...'

Well, I was walking through the 7th graders hallway, and I saw this thing that said "Erik" at the top. There were words which would describe our Erik, but, sadly, it was a poem which has the kid's first name at the top, and his last name at the bottom. But it was a refrence until reality set in.
