Cerbi, after many thoughts, lef tthe hospital. She just needed to take a walk. She felt hopeless and useless. Before she got poisoned, she would have loved to jump into action, kick everyone's a**. But now... now she couldn't do anything spontanious without worrying about who would jump out and kill her.
Letting out a big sigh, she headed for the forest, she really needed to do some hard thinking.

It was a long walk to the hospital. Cerbi was exhausted. She hadnt been out of the hospital long herself, it was just now she realised how much physical activities exhausted her. She let out a bit of growl, she would do this, just to prove she could. Panting, and muscles about to give, she made it through the front doors.
When she walked through the doors, the receptionist immediately noticed. She got out from behind the desk and ran up to the hokage. "Are you okay, hokage-sama? Do you want me to call a doctor?" she rushed out. It was well known through out the hospital what had happened to her, but right now, Cerbi didnt want to hear about it.
"Get a doctor right away, but not for me, for this girl her," she growled out, legs shaking under the pressure. Aome wasnt that heavy, but it was still a lot for little Cerbi. The receptionist ran over to behind her desk, and picked up a phone. She rushed out a quick explanation on the phone, and it didnt take long for a couple of doctors to come to the front. One attempted to take Aome away from Cerbi, but a deep, throaty snarl was heard. This was one time Cerbi felt like she was needed, like she was doing something useful, it was the last thing on her mind to give it up.
"Show me to the room, let me do this," the look in the kage's eyes was intense, the doctors had no choice but to let her go. One doctor went ahead, leading their way to an open room, where as the other walked behind, just incase. It wasnt long before Cerbi let the girl down on an empty bed, panting, and very shaky, but a slight grin on her face. The second Aome touched the mattress, the elder doctor lent over her and took care of her. The younger one, however, looked at Cerbi with a concerned look.
"You really shouldnt be doing such things so soon, Cerbi-sama. You should take a rest..." he tried to usher her out of the room and into another one, but Cerbi wouldnt taken anything of it. She shoved the man back and shook her head. "That girl is missing an eye, goddammit she needs your help more than I do. Stop treating me like some old lady," she gave the man an uncooperative glare. The doctor had heard about the girls reputation, so he let out a sigh and left her side, going back to the room with Aome in it.
As soon as the doctor was out of eyesight, Cerbi collapsed against the wall. There was no way she was going to let anyone see her moment of weakness. She sat against the wall, collecting herself. If the girl came out okay, then she would be happy. She would have done something useful even in her condition. She let her eyes close, just momentarily, resting. In a few minutes, the hokage was in a light doze, right outside Aome's room.

Shadow walked into the hostpital flexing his burnt hands.
"What'd you do?" Asked a nurse.
"Heh doesn't matter." Shadow replied looking around he asked. "So where is the nearest doctor that will treat me." She pointed down the hall and Shadow nodded. His hands were burned beyond belief. Blood and puss were flowing out of them but that didn't matter. It was worth it all. As he walked down the hall he surprisingly saw Cerbi. Deciding to say hi he walked up. He noticed she seemed tierd and beat. "Errr... Cerb?" He asked looking at her. "You ok?" Hoping she wouldn't mind if he nudged her from her sleep.

Cerbi's eyes fluttered open as she gazed sleepily up at Shadow. Open noticing who it was, she jumped up to her feet, laughing nervously. She was kind of hoping no one would find her, she hated it when she was all fussed over.
"Ah, hi Shadow-kun," she laughed, rubing the back of her head, mussing up her already messed up hair. But then her eyes dragged down to see his burned hands. "W-w-what happened? You need a doctor!" she looked around, trying to find a doctor, unfortunately the last couple she had seen went into the room with Aome.
"Ah, I'll grab one for you," she moved around to go into the room, but suddenly she felt faint and dizzy. She stumbled back a bit, trying to catch herself. "Ugh..." she put a hand to her head, this wasnt a side effect they had warned her about.

Shadow caught Cerbi worried that she'd fall over. He flinched because of his wounds but he didn't care. He smiled at his old friend. Laughing a little to ease the tention between the two he smiled. "I'd say that you need a doctor and rest more then me. He leaned against the wall and grinned. "Don't worry, i'll get a doctor later." He moved his hands into his pockets so Cerbi wouldn't actually have to see the amount of pain he was in. She seemed tiered and worried all ready. He didn't need to give her another reason to be worried about. "So Cerbi, whats up?" He asked her wondering why she was waiting in the hostpital.

Once she got a hold of her self, she gave Shadow her best smile. They were similar, not wanting the other to worry. She shook her head at his comment however, waving around her hands.
"Dont be silly. I'll be fine! I'll grab you a doctor.. they should be done with... er... her now," she felt kind of foolish, not really knowing the girl who she had just saved. Cerbi had seen the girl in trouble and acted upon first instinct. She rubbed the back of her head, walking into the room a little more calmly than before. She saw the two doctors sitting at a desk, the younger one going through some paperwork, the elder cleaning up some medical tools. Both pairs of eyes looked up to meet the kage's gaze.
"Ah... could one of you do me a favour? I have an old friend outside needing treated..." she smiled and rubbed the back of her head once again, a really bad habit now a days. The two doctors looked at each other, before the elder doctor turned back to Cerbi with a small smile.
"Of course, Cerbi-sama. Will, you go help out her friend. We're pretty much done here..." the elder smiled at the other doctor before giving him an encouraging nod. Will knew he couldnt go back now, so he nodded back, stood up, and headed towards the door.
"Ah, thank you Will-sensei," she gave the man a slight bow, a smile not leaving her cheeks. She led him outside to Shadow, and gave the young man a bright smile. "Here ya go Shadow, I'm sure he'll get your hands fixed up in no time...." she gave him yet another smile. Will bowed his head stiffly. He had been with the doctors when Cerbi had been poisoned, so he kind of felt a bond with her, anyone the hokage was friends with, he obviously had to help.
"It's nice to meet you, Shadow-san..." he greeted curtly.

Shadow tried to stop Cerbi but she had already gotten a doctor. He didn't know why but something seemed wrong. The doctor greeted him and Shadow nodded back. Looking at Cerbi he grinned. "We are so not done with this conversation!" He then walked with Will into another room. Shadow showed him his hands and a worried look crossed Will's face. "What were you doing playing with exploisives?" The doctor asked looking at his hands.
"Something like that." Shadow replied not wishing to reviel details about his new jutsu just yet. Shadow watched as Will went to a cabnet and brought out a number of medical suplies. Opening the top to a lid of medicine Will said. "this might sting a little bit."
A little while later Shadow walked out of the room. He now had fresh bandages over his hands and forearms. "Sting a little bit my a**..." Shadow muttered as he found his way to Cerbi again. "Ok, lets try this again. without you getting me a doctor this time. Whats up Cerb?" He said crossing his hurt hands and grinning at her.

Cerbi gave him a playful punch in the shoulder, it wasnt nearly enough to hurt him in any way. "Oy, you should be thanking me. Bow down to your kage for once," she laughed, joking around for the first time in ages. Of course she wasnt serious, she didnt like people looking up to her because of her title, especially now.
"I'll admit it's been a little hectic around here lately," she smiled at him, a hidden emotion mixed in. It was true. With her current condition, finding the girl, the attack in Oto, just everything was busy as of late.
The older doctor came out, gave Cerbi a quick nod, a small smile on his face. He knew the girl's temperment, atleast he had heard of it from many various people. "I knew you would be worried, Cerbi-sama, but she is fine and will recover in a couple of hours. She just lost quit e abit of blood, and a bit of trauma," he said seriously. "I'll tell her about you as soon as she wakes up. Get out and catch up with your friend."
Cerbi would have taken offense to that, but she knew the old man's intentions. She couldnt help but let out a little laugh. "Doesnt ANYONE have repect for the leader any more?" again, she wasnt serious, but she turned to Shadow all the same. "So, shall we go somewhere a little more... eh.. cozy?"

Shadow grinned and scratched the back of his head. "bow down?" He said sarcasticly. "Now now, you know I don't listen to anyone!" As she spoke Shadow sensed something just seemed off. He shrugged a little. Guess being a Kage isn't as nice as everyone thought Shadow listened to the doctor. As Cerbi sugested going someplace else Shadow nodded. "More cozy? Whats more cozy then a cold hostpital then bad food?" He joked. "But yeah, i'm up for going somewhere else. Lead the way Cerb." He said sticking his hands in his pockets.

She playfully grabbed for his arm, linking hers with his. "Let's go buy some ramen then. Nothing like catching up over the sweet smeel of beef ramen.. nope, nothing like it!" she laughed energetically. This was the most a live she had felt since the whole thing started. It was nice to just relax and chill with old friends. She led Shadow out of the hospital, and towards a place she knew off by heart.

Shadow laughed as she dragged him out of the hostpital. He satumbled stupidly when she first grabbed him but regained balance. "Ramen eh?" He remembered three years ago when they first graduated from the academy and gotten their own teams they ate ramenand discussed their training. Now he couldn't help but smile. Everything was just like before when they were young. Everything was the same again

The window being left open was always a very terrible thing. This was something that just wouldn't do...especially when they had no clue what had happened...what was truely lurking within the darkness of the Leaf. Weak it may be now , but left uncheck it may rival even the Kage's one day. Who knows? As for now, nothing so pompus a feat is possible, only a mear visit with a friend.
Slinking and stalking through the window, he moves with a deep silence to look upon the girl who had fed him that day. He was the cause of her pain and suffering and he had come to check up on her. Moving to her bedside, he began to stroke her hair gently. "My...what beauty...what pure beauty. Hmmm after so much pain, maybe it would'nt be so bad to give her what I have?"

Aome's one eye clenched shut for a second. She felt someone touching her hair. It was kind of relaxing, but then everything that happened rushed to her. The guy jumping on her.. knocking her out. She opened her one eye, and it trained on the guy ontop of her. But then she realised, something was wrong. A hand was brought up to her face, and the feel of bandages met her touch. They were over her right eye, and conclusions were quickly drawn in her head, but she hoped they weren't true.
"You... you..... what's wrong with my eye? Why does it feel like there's nothing there?" her one eye looked at the young man with a deep sorrow. It watered up, tears threatening to spill. Her body felt drained, and she could feel that her own chakra amounts had gone down. "You...you.... you took it away from me... didnt you?"

Nothing but a shere smile came across his face. He didn't speak, he didn't laugh, he just stroked her hair and smiled more. He looked to her and blinked a few more times. He would look different a bit. His skill full of color and his hair long and slick. HIs body seemd fuller, more plump and his eyes...one was red and the other...the other was the color her old eye use to be. He stroked her a bit more.
