Draven’s heart thundered within his muscled chest, it was one of those fabled do or die situations that everyone always hears about but never experiences, his friend had been dragged away and Draven no longer knew if he was still alive or not, which made him wish that he could have been first to spare the agony of waiting, “Alright, here’s the plan, you idiots sit here and look pretty while I go get myself a nice alcoholic beverage”, he knew that even speaking was treading on some sort of thin ice, these men look like they wrestled elephants for fun.

Words flittered into his head; it was his old teacher, repeating a simple thing over and over again in his head. If Draven had believed in any sort of magic, this would of made him ecstatic, but he knew better, this was just his mind drawing up old things, “There is no worse death, than the end of hope”, he teacher said. Hope. It was the one thing Draven had left, the hope that he would be freed, the hope that he would live to see peace again. Hope, is all that fueled this tired and utterly beaten man.

Kyrin gritted her teeth together; other then Craig, Izzy was one of the few people that could talk her down from a decision when she’d already set her mind. “But he-.” Kyrin stopped, she knew placing that kind of argument to Izzy would be childish not to mention pointless. She glared at Daren, What do you do with a man, who hurts a girl for no reason,... that doesn’t kill him? He doesn’t deserve anything.

Lily tired of looking at the morning stars that could still faintly be seen and counting the clouds slides down the side of the house on the thickest vine she could find. Not caring what noise she made and went straight to the door and rung the door bell. Needless to say the doorbell sounded enormous after only hearing silence and she chilled at the thought of a grumpy Ky and bella. But, she had to get the stuff she was told to pick up inside before they either froze or became water logged. "I must like looking at death's door"she remarks under her breath before smirk like a vixen gone bad.

The men looked at Draven; the two who’d fallen for his trick were in worse of a mood then the other two and were beginning to become irritated by their captive, but they knew that they had to hold their cool and follow their orders. The man that Draven had ‘named’ looked at him with a level gaze, “I beg to differ,” He said, coolly, “I can’t see how we are the idiots, when it is you who was captured,” And just because he figured it would hurt the man’s ego, “By a girl.” Kyrin was still a girl, by any standards, though she was nineteen and technically a woman.

Kyrin looked away from Daren as she heard the doorbell sound. She wanted to go get, but she wasn’t about to leave Izzy with the man who’d shot her; and she didn’t want to leave him with the two guards, they seemed like they’d had enough of the man. Grabbing the cell phone out of her pocket, Kyrin pressed a few keys, “Who is it?” She asked, in somewhat of an irritated tone. Her voice came out of the intercom to the right of the giant double doors that were at the front of the mansion.

Draven looked at the guards for a moment, his brain lacking the energy to form a witty response, “sexist pigs”, he spat. Draven’s vision was getting blurry and slowly he slid down into a couch, resting his sore muscles and aching head. Although he was sore about being stuck in the mansion, never for a moment did he think he was captured, he woke up in here, but never thought it was because of them, he was far to heavy.

Draven let out a large sigh and went to stare at his wrist, seeing as he forgot he had no watch on, “how much longer to I have to be kept here by you lugs”, he said finally losing patience, “just kill me now if your simply waiting for an order, I’m sure…” Draven thought for a moment, he was sure he heard the leaders name, but couldn’t remember, “the leader girl wont mind

Daren just stood there and watched. Waiting to see what Kyrin would do next. If she would ask who he was or just have him sent back into the other room with Draven. She's probably right about my stuff being gone. In this neighborhood. Whatever, no matter really. I wonder what her name is? I know the small redhead is Izzy. So who is she?

The man looked at Draven with an odd sort of smile on his face, If I was a sexist pig, then you’d think I’d have a problem taking orders from a girl. He shrugged off the thought. “You’ll be here until Kyrin states otherwise.” He said, “And unfortunately its doubtful that she’ll kill you.” He added under his breath.

The men watched Draven closely, they could tell that he was tiring of them, as much as they were tiring as him. “What are you going to tell her?” One of the other guards asked curiously, he was obviously younger and less trained then the man that Draven had ‘named’. “Are you going to plead for your life?” His tone was more curiosity, then mockery.

Kyrin, not getting a response from who ever had rung the doorbell right away, clicked the phone to speaker phone and slipped it into her pocket. She turned her attention back to Daren, with a sigh. “What to do with you…” She said, speaking her thoughts aloud, “Can’t kill you… would like to.” She stopped and looked down to Izzy, “But can’t.” She looked at Daren, “What shall I do with you…” She stopped again, I don’t know his name… She thought slowly, And his cocky a** thinks that I can’t get it from him…

She licked her lips slowly, in thought again, and then flicked her eyes up towards the very tall man in the room, “Who are you?” She asked simply, “And what shall I do with you…?”

James, finding nothing of interest in that hallway, pulled his coat closer around his shoulders and left the mansion. He walked down the streets, smiling briefly at the condensation his breath left in the cold air. He met a slender, beautiful, dark girl in an anonymous building. She carried with her a duffel bag with some of James' belongings in it. "Ian asked about this, you know James. He's quite worried about you."
"Let him be. Just please don't tell him where I am." He mumbled, taking the bag from her.
"I don't like this one bit, James. You need to come home."
"By this point I can't. My dad'll have me executed for desertion."
"Then you better hope these friends'o yours'll take good care of you." She said, worry in her voice.
James nodded to her and started back towards the mansion. There were times he regretted leaving, and thinking of Ian, this soon became one of them. Don't worry for me, my love. Please, just don't.

Daren just sighed in resignation and shrugged half heartedly, as though he didn't really care anymore, "Well. My name's Daren Rockchester. And you can do with what you please; considering the fact that my deep and heartfelt apology towards Izzy has gone ignored. And the fact that I didn't mean to shoot her, I did but didn't want to. Sadly I can only offer an apology and an excuse, both of which are honest and true", he said in a flat tone, his brown eyes meeting Kyrin's while he waited for a reply.

I wonder what she'll do with me. She won't kill me, and doesn't seem to care for anything I have to say. I imagine I'll probably be kept here in a confined room for awhile and maybe, eventually become an errand boy. What a great life that will be...
"You know. Come to think of it you haven't told me your name... Despite the situation could you do me the favour of giving me at least a surname? Just to be polite?" He asked, arching a brow and pulling his shoulders back slightly; not to appear arrogant but to show that he was a proud man, not embarassed or insulted easily, he controlled his own life. Until now, it was more or less in the hands of Kyrin, Izzy, and Bella.

Sticking close to Kyrin, Izzy stared at Daren through wide light purple eyes and thought what he had said over. 'I didn't ignore him... It still hurt though. But Ky wants to do something with him.' She glanced at Kyrin for a quick moment then returned her focus to Daren.

Being raised to be a 'lady', something she sometimes chose to ignored, she figured nothing wrong could happen with her giving her name. So for the sake of being polite she said to Daren shortly, "Izzy O'Donnell."

Daren Rockchester. Kyrin thought on the name, Upper City. Was all she could place with his name and this bothered her. Once again ignoring his apology towards Izzy, no matter heartfelt it was, Kyrin looked at Daren. She then glanced to Izzy, who’d just given away her name. She smiled, hoping that the girl had thought it through and had found it as harmless to tell as Kyrin had. The two could tell their names, they had powerful mafias at their backs. That, and most everyone knew Kyrin anyway, or knew of her, “Kyrin,” She said proudly, “Kyrin Matsui.”

Draven pulled at the hair on his chin for a moment before saying, “I shall tell Kyrin how beautiful she looks, and if she still wants to hurt me after that, well then I suppose that’s the way it’s going to be”, he looked at the guard for a moment then said, “I forfeit my life the day I set foot down here, whether I live or die is a matter of god”, his voice was ice cold, while his face showed a mocking smile.

Draven glanced at the door, then back at the men, “it’s not like I’m going anywhere, have a seat and do tell me what your names are”, his voice changed back into it’s usual light-hearted tone.
