Any mod may give your Pokemon new attacks, but for evolution help check here.

Guild mods 'release' Pokémon for people to catch. Just don't ask for mods to release because they aren't suppose to. So just train and they'll release sometime. You can change your sprite at any time as far as I know.

Inthasack well thanks for your assistance To buy Pokemon, send a trade of 1500 to the guild's mule, Moon-Drop.(if you just want another starter Pokemon, it's 1,000) Then post what Pokemon you want(no evolved or legendaries) in the Start Here! thread saying whether it's shiny or not and what gender it is.
